I'd seen other clips of this movie and couldn't wait to see it...now I'm like "OH NOOOOOO!! GOOD GREIF!!" This is the 1st time I've seen the tragic clips. Is it a happy ending or tragic??

I believe it is a window and he either jumps off and dies or he is caught and stays in the hospital. The main reason I think this is because the screen does not expand. In scenes where there is a real sense of hope and happiness, the aspect ratio changes, but in this case it doesn't, which I think reflects the lack of hope in this situation. In other words, it's not a happy ending...
