How did you oneclick diary cape
Enable Teleport Submenus under Menu Entry Swapper -> Item Swaps and you can customize left click/shift left click on Diary Cape with any of the teleports.
How many runs have you done? How often can you just skip 5min check?
I only did a bunch of runs on day 1. you can't just skip 5 minute checks forever, this is a lucky run. Perhaps a B check , if the stability percentage doesn't go up massively and micro manage B Chamber while on B4. Feel free to experiment, I haven't done many runs myself yet.

Menu entry swapper to change shift click to throw north. There’s also a method where after you throw west you click on the stairs and it turns your character north, then you just throw normally
