two reasons, first is i play from india in korea server so i get very high pings, and secondly korea server is built on nokia brick phones (jk)

its pretty fast, its just the kr server pings thats making it look slow

Not the fastest but fast enough. It's all about chaining the combos. If you combo right the attacks skip half the animation
