Sandeep bhaiya may be wrong in short term..abhilash may be right in long term. All the comments on here sum up why India only has a middle of 3%, raised by the creme de la creme of 1% rich folks. Y'all think supplementing crony capitalism and ostensibly driving development in a metric-based manner is the way but it isn't. People deserve decent living conditions, wages, they deserve justice when an industrialist or an entire industry exploits them. Yes, by sucking off crony capitalists like the ones shown on this show or IRL the likes of Narayan Murthy you can have some lawda lassan jobs generated but what's the point when they're not even paying you an optimum minimum wage? Expenses are rising day by day, salaries are shrinking, after all the c***sucking and docility on the part of our system- parents, their kids, the larger society- more than 60% of youth is unemployed. Even in the cradle of capitalism, the US, there is poverty, unemployment, but the one thing that keeps it all going is a functional system that seemingly cares for the folks and upholds their rights.

The industrialist convinced Abhilash that the project is in loss from past 6 months. But Abhilash Sharma instead doing Audit of that Factory owner revenue he accepts the statement. He saw a potential in the Red Giant owner to increast ethanol production to 25%. This is vision of Abhilash since long time.. So, he favored the Factory owner slightly in this case temporarily. He left the rope loose and later pulled it back.. But putting enquiry on Sandeep Ohlan is little bit over i think (after all he was his friend). Maybe he treated Sandeep as any other ALC under him who disobeyed dm direct order.. He is focusing on the output to reach ethanol blending 25% that in future it will open up more jobs, more profites etc.. but he forgot that the labours increment is due for 3 consecutive years [present problem]. For Sandeep Ethanol and other aspects were not in scope. His focus was Labourer's present issue, not future.. Abhilash could have explained his BIG picture plan to Sandeep and then won his agreement. After all, he was his friend / guide... He choose to exert 'i am your senior" pressure on ALC.. there was the mistake.. !
