I have watched several QM2 videos in the past couple of days, and I am very tempted to try it! Did my first "ocean" cruise last spring on a Viking ship with 930 passenger capacity. Actually it was on the Mediterranean, not the ocean! I have been on many Viking river cruises, with 190 or less passengers, and expected crowds and much waiting in lines on the larger ship. But was pleasantly surprised to find how well-managed it was. Never felt crowded at all. So now I am seriously considering QM2, but wondering about crowding, especially during disembarking? Also, I would be going on to France from Southampton on my next trip. Would it be difficult to get to Heathrow from there? I usually fly from the US with a transit in Heathrow to wherever I am going in Europe. Guess I should look at a map to see where Southampton actually is located!

I'm on it right now coming from Southampton and then going to the Caribbean ☀️⛱️ and back to NYC.

Always wanted to visit there. This story is what made me passionate about history when i was a kid, and im not even british, its just such a interesting story.

Thank you very much for the commentary regarding the Titanic. It's one of the reasons I booked QM2 cruises coming up. I booked excursions in Southampton and Cobn, Ireland to go on a few tours regarding the incident. Such a sad event.

We were on the return leg to Southampton same time as you! We sat next to you in the dining room one lunchtime, and commented on your Iona lanyard. It was a fabulous voyage and certainly a step up from P&O! Lovely people, lovely staff, excellent food and so relaxing!

We were on Balmoral last week on trip to Iceland nice ship. Very good food

I don't suppose you saw a human arm on display anywhere? A friend mentioned seeing one, but I can't find any mention on Google. If you did, I wonder who it belonged to.

You have such an awful boring voice that turned me off immediately.

From what I have seen of Fred Olson Line, I think I would prefer it over the other, larger lines. Less formal and not massive crowds on board and smaller ports of call. Much more restful and friendly I would think.

Fascinating. Have never seen the inside of the sleeper cabins, décor, and their contents, so this was great to see captured and detailed in your vlog.
