Add on top the parts list doesn’t include half the parts such as spacers or angle brackets. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone

We call a building like this a 'loods' in Dutch. There doesn't seem to be a word for it in English. It keeps giving me ahed, barn, warehouse.

Nice building. I put up a 48' x 96' steel building 15 years ago. I learned a lot from that initial experience. Although I had it insulated with continuous fiberglass insulation on all walls and ceiling, I have experienced too much radiant summer heat inside. A thermal barrier and the sprayed on foam are a great idea, as is coating the expansive metal roof with a silicone white sealer to greatly cool down the sheet metal to begin with. In floor hydronic heat is a great idea if you ALWAYS heat the building. I heat with wood, as I am only occasionally in the building for any length of time. Your 4:12 pitch with living area is awesome! I picked up a lot of useful ideas here on my next building, including facing the overhead doors on the south side to let that light in!

What is that center support between the doors called? I think he pronounces it "Moyan", but I don't think I'm spelling it right because I can't find any examples of this anywhere on the internet.

depends on a number of things...amount of doors, windows etc. but I know for sure on the 'shell' of building alone will cost u at the very least 2$ per square foot if you go straight to the source, but these guys will easily charge anywhere from 3 to 4$ per sq ft depending on detail and again that's on the shell alone
