First and foremost, my DEEPEST apologies for the HORRENDOUS audio quality in this video. I've been stalling putting this video out for two weeks, and when I finally got myself to film the talking portions for this just to find out I forgot to turn my fan off... I decided it was now or never. I hope you can forgive me ❤️ and if not, I will *not* blame you for skipping this one!!
In this video I take you with me to my hometown in Mexico, while I spend 10 days with my extended family, and try to reconnect with some of my childhood roots.

@@vannelively Hello. You are welcome. If you live in the USA like me... there is a large store called LOWES. At the paint counter, they have a small machine that the employees use to match paint. If you bring in a pottery pot, fabric, plastic toy, or wood...anything small, they can place the machine on it and the computer makes up that very color for you. It gives them a recipe for that color. I did this with a plastic bin. They made me a paint exactly like it for my walls. Be right back....
@@vannelively An idea... Use leftover paint to make or paint small crafts in that room. Even a lamp base looks great with the wall color. Just paint it. Or... Book ends, frames, coat rack, or you can paint on a pillow with that paint. I did this and the room looks so custom and beautiful. I painted my light switch plates and the vents.
