The customers should be getting emails once their order is in Processing status. But you disabled the Completed status. Which should be Order fulfilled or Order shipped emails. Could you please clarify?

I really like Omnisend, “easy” to use, well designed, powerful… but you definitely should work on this : - Overlapping Shopify email (order confirmation & shipping) instead of being separated. Klaviyo makes it as a copy/paste for you to put into your Shopify store in the notifications section. Omnisend send separate emails for each step spamming the customer with doubled information and incoherence in style. - Have something to easily detect the language selected on the website by the visitor/customer. Allowing to send emails in the appropriate language without having to put it as a form and make all kind of twist to accomplish. When subscribing, Omnisend should be able to detect the language and segment the user into the right language. - Putting back the static discount block. Unique discount code can be nice, but having the choice is nicer. With those, Omnisend would be incredibly useful and efficient… For now, it is more like a nice Chinese puzzle to figure walk-arounds.

Regarding discount blocks, while you can add a unique discount block, we understand that having the flexibility to use static discounts in a block format would be a great option. Currently, static discounts can be added as text in the email body, but we know that this might not be as convenient as a block format. We see how the functionality you’re asking for could really enhance the experience, and we’re keeping an eye on it as we plan future enhancements. No order confirmation email and no search bar😑

Thank you for your question! A visitor doesn’t have to be subscribed to receive an Abandoned Cart email. Let me explain how it works: At the moment, we use two tracking methods: 1. Abandoned checkout: When a visitor adds a product to their cart and proceeds to checkout, the process depends on your store’s platform. Essentially, the email is captured when the user enters it during checkout. 2. Abandoned cart via cookies: After subscribers complete one of the following actions, a cookie is placed in their browser, allowing us to track their abandoned cart: • Clicking any link in an Omnisend newsletter (this means they’ve already subscribed or engaged with a previous message). • Subscribing via your Omnisend signup form (becoming a new subscriber).
