I just purchased a Sepulveda kit from Allen Eden. It came already assembled and whoever assembled it damaged the neck made a total mess of the tuning pegs. I am quite certain that this was a USED guitar kit that somebody else assembled and returned and they just sent it to me without checking it. The company has terrible customer service and I see that they have also hidden negative comments. I would not give this company your money. I'm so disappointed and their customer service is so bad that I might end up filing some kind of report with consumer protection. This is basically a scam.

I don't know about other things these people sell but stay away from these guys when it comes to guitar bodies or kits. Their bodies are so hit and miss it's laughable and their kits are absolute garbage. I have received guitar and bass bodies from these guys that were routed so badly they were unusable. Poor finishes that are soft and come pre scratched. Paint that flakes off in big chunks. Maybe you'll have wiring holes. Maybe not. Tele ferrule holes drilled ferrule size from back to front. A Tele bridge will not cover that size hole. If you buy a Les Paul Jr kit they don't send any hardware...nothing. Just a neck and a body. The control cavity is too small to put a wiring harness in. The bridge studs were drilled off center and in a size nobody makes. The body was 4 glued pieces of warped wood with a huge crack running down the center. They send the necks separately on these kits and I have yet to see the neck days after receiving the body. They clearly buy the dregs or leftovers that the Chinese wouldn't even sell and they do not look at what they're sending out. Requests for returns if answered at all are arbitrary. Great cover! Great Guitar! I Love my Sepulveda, don’t understand why more people don’t play them WAY WAY WAY better than a Vintage Vibe Squier for less money and comes in a beautiful hard case. No brainer! Allen Eden is that proverbial diamond in the rough.
