Thanks ❤
You’re welcome! 🙂
I used to use professional products. Have a license to get it about 4 months ago I went back to drug Store I’m using silicone and sulfate clarifying shampoo. My hair has never been better. It’s driving it strong and of course it’s a scare tactic to have us not use that.
Wait. If she naturally had long hair all of her life, then how is this a video about how to grow short hair to long. It sounds like her hair would be long regardless…The tips sounded good enough but it was nothing groundbreaking. Not sure if simply mostly washing, deep conditioning, and oiling as she suggests will magically make the average person’s hair grow long.
I was able to grow my hair by not doing anything to it but wear twist in my hair…my hair grew so long and as soon as I decided to start going to get trim my hair has been stuck and even got shorter…
Interesting. Did you have a professional trim it or did you do it yourself? And how often were you getting trims?
Rubber bands are never a problem for me and my daughter. I never plan on re using them so I just burst them out of the hair and it's never tight on our scalp.
Great video - thanks for being REAL. I actually follow the same steps - salon products - do my own hair - dust my own ends - I also have length. The oiling the scalp portion - I’ll fall back on - and the coming the mids to ends - brilliant - verses snagging my puffy roots! Love this ! Happy holidays !
Happy to help!
#1 Always deep condition. #2 Use professional products or hair formulated products not going to the hair salon. #3 Get regular trims. #4 Oil hair with professional grade oil. #5 Brush/comb daily. #6 Wrap hair in silk/satin scarf/bomnet. #7 Wear hair up. #8 Have patience.
Hair is thick and beautiful!
Thank you
Love your hair videos! Very helpful as I am starting to straighten my hair more often ❤❤❤
Happy to help!
How often do you wax armpits? Do shave sometimes or just wax? What deodorant do you use? Do you apply deodorant after waxing armpits?
I wax monthly. I like to do it at night after a shower. I’ll go to bed without deodorant, and apply it in the morning. I only shave if something comes up and it’s not enough hair to wax but too much to have my armpits showing.
That having patience is key! Very helpful video
Hello BEAUTIFUL 🤩
when can we see your next haircut?
I don’t plan on cutting it again anytime soon. But if I do I will definitely show the process
@@iammarche got it! being a hairstylist was looking for models for my salon! hence thought of asking!
Where are you located?
@@iammarche So I am currently in India! But based out of Fort Lauderdale!
Do you blow dry your hair every time now (for silk presses or natural styles) or do you do any wet sets without using the blow dryer? How often do you blowdry and silk press?
Yes, now I blow dry and silk press every wash day. I tried wet sets back when I was relaxed but it was always difficult for me so I gave up on it. If I had an easier method I would definitely try it out again.
@@iammarchehave you tried like flexi rods or per rod sets ?
@@beautystyless I did try flexi rods a couple times when I was relaxed. But I didn’t have the patience to put them in and sit under the dryer.
Great tips, so simple but obviously so effective as you have beautiful hair that frames your beautiful face 🤗
What the name of the flat iron tong you use in your hair
This is the GoSleek 1.5 in flat iron. I uploaded a shorts review about it as well if you’re interested.
@ yes can you do that
thank you SO much for this video, you have no idea how helpful it is. i recently went to a hairstylist after a year of no trims trying to grow my hair out from a bad experience with a previous hairstylist. lo and behold, i had to get SO much cut off which was so disheartening when i thought i was doing the right things. now i’m taking my hair a lot more seriously and I’m trying to piece together a good routine. do you ever think you could make a video on how you keep your hair blown out/straight for long periods of time? what you hair wash routine looks like/how often it is?
Yes!
Very pretty face and hair. Thanks for the inforamtion.
Now why would the stylist say that ? Thanks for the simple tips!!
Our routines are to a T exactly alike with the exception of I wash weekly. I catch myself a lot measuring my hairs length which im going to make a concious effort to stop doing kuz its as if im reinforcing to myself (and my hair) that its not enough. My hair is thick and lovely and im just going to enjoy her at wherever shes at and focus on keeping her healthy. Lovely video, and lovely formatting its very early youtube, authentic and enjoyable to watch.
love your voice you are gorgeous
Do you have any tips for grow edge back
Assuming you don’t have a medical condition, my best advice is leave them alone. Don’t slick your edges or put a lot of tension or friction on that area.
@@iammarchedoes that include wigs?
@@sakura-rc3ed Yes unless you can place the wig behind your hairline/edges.
Have you considered getting a revair? I grew up with my auntie blowing out and pressing my hair every 2 weeks but my scalp won’t allow that regime anymore:( I have thick hair so blowing drying only to wash 3-4 days later is a loooot lol
I thought it was interesting but not worth the money for me personally. I know some people really like it if they have tender scalps
Great tips I need professional products that’s what I think I am missing💖✨
Yes, once you find a brand you like, it will take your hair to the next level with consistent use!
Great Tips! Great Inspo!
Thanks for watching! I hope my tips help you on your hair journey.
Could you please tell me the flat iron you are using?
This is the GoSleek 1.5 in flat iron. I just uploaded a shorts review about it as well if you’re interested.
It sounds like you’ve just kept a simple hair routine. I went back to that as well. I realized doing team natural stuff and not using heat on my hair was destroying not only my hair, but my daughter’s hair as well. No heat for 3 years and I was horrified when I blew out my hair. Split ends galore. Same with my toddler (3 yo) when all I did was style her wet and curly since she was a baby. I remembered I had to cut my hair into a short a line bob back in 2020 when my nape was ripped out by braids that were too tight. I had no choice but to wash and press it out weekly and my hair grew back beautifully with no damage. Once I remembered that, I went back to that routine and never looked back. It’s been a year and I’ve had 2 good haircuts and consistent trims trying to get rid of split/frayed ends, and my hair is growing back nicely. I also use professional products, either Kenra or Olaplex, and I wash and flat iron my hair weekly. I don’t use anything but shampoo, conditioner, leave in and hear protectant. I deep condition and clarify when needed. I blow dry my hair on high heat and flat iron on 370. I don’t have any heat damage at all. I started blowing out my daughter’s hair before styling it as well, and her hair is also thriving. Thank you for sharing your tips!!
That’s so great to hear! I think a lot of times we overcomplicate things with hair. But I’m happy you found a good regimen for you and your daughter. You both deserve beautiful, healthy hair!
@@iammarche thank you! So sorry for the long comment lol I usually get questions about my regimen whenever I comment so I over explain now for people who have questions lol new subscriber, excited to see new videos coming 😊
This! And well written! I have a similar experience.
@@mrod87 yes I’ve seen it with other friends/family as well. My mother-in-law only does “natural” styles and I pressed her hair for her one time. It was shoulder length but she had splits all the way up to her root. Another friend of mine who’s about 23, she has long, pretty curly hair and never put heat to it. I pressed it for her one time. Her hair was to her tailbone and she had splits all the way up to her shoulders. Her hair looks fine curly so she doesn’t care to cut it.
Thanks for the explanation! 😊 Which Okaplex products do you use?
Great video and great tips! I am following a similar regimen of dos and donts and am seeing a lot of growth and length retention.
Thank you! You deserve beautiful, healthy hair. Good luck on your journey!
Hi Marche. Maybe you should redo the video and do it with better footage because it's not easy to watch blurry clips babe. Also try adding some background music as well to create mood.
This is her first video back after not posting in 4 years lol give her a break. I’m sure the quality will improve as she gets back to regularly posting 😊 I think the blurry footage isn’t a huge deal since this isn’t a “how to video” and I like videos like these without the background music. I usually watch/listen to videos with one airpod in and the background music throws the sound off if not edited correctly.
Please no background music. It's difficult to hear with background music.
Gurl 😅
@@shanitamorenita Right 😭😂
Is it okey to use if i have oily skin and a little of acne?
Thank you!😊
do u use this before moisturiser or after
Before moisturizer
Niacinamide? It makes me itch and is in a LOT of products
Should I use this and skip my toner?
you remind me of Sade 😍🌹
Thank you love!
I recommend the one in the can. It's closer to the texture of vaseline and it has a pink tint like the rose vaseline
Thanks so much, i just orderd this and excited to try. I been slacking on using a spf
Happy to help!
What do you use after the peel pads? Moisturizer or face oil? Thank you for the review!
Moisturizer first. You can add face oil after the moisturizer if you want to use both.
You’re beautiful! Thanks for the recommendation!
Thank you! Happy to help!
$7 Ulta!
Omg thank you for making this. I just bought this product and I wanted see how well it worked with darker skin tones(from white cast)! Ill be careful with it and see what happens!
Happy to help!
I agree with you... “they are something to try” I’m not too impressed.
Thanks for doing this review! How long did it take you to finish using the night cream? It's a pretty small container.
The night cream lasts a minimum 2 months for me
@@iammarche Thanks!
Hi quick question, so I want to use the ordinary chemical peel or whatever it’s called, and after that you obviously have to wear some suncreen, should I be able to wear this one? Just until the other ones arrive, I ordered other ones but they aren’t here yet
You typically want a higher spf (30+) when using chemical peels. However this is better than nothing at all. I would also recommend limiting sun exposure as much as possible until your other products come in.
IAmMarché, okay! Thank you so much!!
since it also has sunscreen in it. can i wear it to sleep because its also a lotion?
Yes you can if you don’t have anything else. But it won’t have the same benefits as a moisturizer made specifically for nighttime.
Thanks for this review.
Happy to help!
Great review, thanks!
No problem 🙂
