Three Card Scam

Magician Hans Petter demonstrates one of the oldest scams in the book.
Lmao just send the trophy
One day we will talk about how much value Alison brings to this show. So refreshing
😔 I believe that time has come.
Cool! I have no idea how it was done but enjoyed it!
He fooled Penn and Teller, but not me .)
Psychology is a powerful tool.
Its very diplomatic of them to go ahead and give it.
There is no trick it’s simple
Nice Logic 😂🤣😂🤣👏👏
Absolutely amazing 👏
The moment he started the reveal, and he claimed their card was the one on top of the marker card, I knew it was a force, but as Penn pointed out, the first two are easy, it's the third one... obviously, P&T figured it out, but I had no idea how to pull off a that third one.
Very innovative change to the Gemini Twin. Very skillfully executed with P&T so close. Well done!
I love the act. Not insanely big or elaborate, just some simple principles and props to lead to a fun ending
Good stuff! And no sleight oh hand skill required. Just a bit of prep.
Love the flex at the end!!! Send the trophy!!
"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
That’s maybe the best most genuine moment I’ve ever seen on this wonderful show!! Crying with joy and accomplishment… the best magic there is!!
What. A. Conclusion. Well played, sir. An incredible performance. I was with Penn on that one...I figured just whatever happened, you'd have instead said, "OK, now look in the box!" for some big reveal. Or, if you wrote the right thing somehow, then you'd just reveal that. Etc., etc. I have no idea how you conceivably did it otherwise. Just brilliant--beyond brilliant.
Spew
sugestion is a powerful thing
I understand what Penn was saying, and I was thinking the same thing (maybe sleight of hand with the pages or whatever) but as soon as he revealed the last guess ON the paper ON set it was just wow. Can't do sleight of hand thousands of KM away on a single non-switchable piece of paper 😂
When Penn straight up tells you he wants your act and then tells you how your trick is done and then gets it wrong in the guess.
did you ask that penn and teller get rock and scissors so that there was less chance of the experts examining the props? Late into the trick they would be less likely to do it as they were following instructions but early on (Especially teller) could have started examining the paper as you explained the parameters of the game.
No, I am not allowed to talk to them before the show. We are not even allow to see them before the show. Any arrangement upfront is prohibited
I've head my heart broken 100 times, fallen in love 100 times and I've heard 2 girlfriends. That is nowhere near enough numbers to be a phone number :)
He said it's not multiple outs. So the only other thing I can come up with is that he's a mentalist that fooled Penn and Teller by forcing the choices, but they didn't see him doing it. ???????
local restr
3rd card was the hardest but a very nice move at 7:58 the camera just picked up :)
I think I know what you mean, but that's not it :-)
Awesome performance and what a ballsy finale - congrats! Loved every minute of it!
gotta love all the clowns here who "weren't fooled, but won't say". Guess you missed y'alls calling then.
You set a new standard for mentalism in this show. Well done.
I love how your norwegian accent for real came through in the end, when you were off script. It is such a lovely accent <3 And you certainly deserved your trophy. Kjempe grej fra danmark!
webcam magic is not valid. moving on.
Homie is playing the super long game on his trick... he's going for the ol "going out for milk" trick.. thats dedication
I’m completely hopeless with spotting how most magic tricks are done, but even I can see what’s odd about the way the switches were performed. The whole presentation was fantastic, and congratulations on fooling them!
you foold penn and telle but not me i now how you did it great trick
Its amazing the number 3! Isn't it? Great performance.. fun for all ages!
Hans is a really humble guy. Lovely. Blessings and Godspeed.
He changed the second flip just to trap them and he did , amazing act
I paused at the half way point there and thought about it, and like Penn, it was super obvious how to control 2 of the cards, but the 3rd card...that's tricky. Then Penn came on and said the same thing. I am not still not 100% on card 3, but P&T are obviously cleverer than me.
Norway you're Fooling these two Studs!
Perfect performance. Love it
Dang, that was cool! I'm trying to figure out why adding the third card made it so much more difficult.
As a willing member of an audience at a magic show, even a live one, I find the art of illusion ever elusive.... Fool Us has seen great illusionists. This is one. Thank you
I was blown away by the beauty of the concept. I love how simple and efficient it is. Very well done!
thumbs up if you called your number 😅
I wonder why they didn't show us what was on the other side of that paper. You can see there was writing but we're not allowed to read what it says
the same thing but mirrored?
I just like this dude
I am not a big fan of the joke performed over video feeds, but this was just so cool. Thanks.
Just like with your fooler trick, you show that a magician only helps the audience fool themselves. The narrative presented and the mechanics are very subtly different, a little order change here and there, before and after :p
This guy is a genius. Like literally a savage. Respect and thank you for this great act.
These acts make me so nostalgic. I remember the first magic trick I ever saw in 1st grade. Our teacher would take out a book and she would open it facing us revealing only blank pages. Then she'd quickly reopen it to have the outline of drawings on every page Then she would close and open the book again and inside the book were pictures filled in with color. Then she would do it again in reverse to have all the pages be blank again. I remember she never gave it away but during one time when my mom came in to meet my teacher after hours I found the book she did the trick with, I tried over and over again to do what she did but it always stayed blank. That was the coolest thing ever to me as a kid.
