I'm 77, and I'm watching it in January 2025. I remember seeing these old Hammer horror films on television when I was young. They were so well-done, great acting, lots of suspense, no need for buckets of gore! I used to hide behind the sofa, afraid to watch but afraid of missing the next great scary moment. Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, Barbara Shelley, and let's add Vincent Price, too, to the four great actors of classic horror. Of course, the plot was nonsense, but they acted with such seriousness and conviction that it became believable.

So pathetic, they didnt have to make the story exactly the same as the books i wouldve been fine with a few changes but this was just a fucking joke and the whole thing had nothing to do with robert jordans phenomenal work, its a travesty that this was ever allowed to made like this
