Thank you…a real beauty of a film. Reading, sailing, friending, dreaming, adventuring, laughing, singing and shantying…has it all!

Wow! What a beautiful video, about two things I absolutely love! The Swallows and Amazons books got me into sailing and I am re-loving them now, sharing them with my kids. And Wells! My mother-in-law lives there, we go there often, and just the other day I was getting her advice on a potential future voyage in our dinghy Tarka through the creeks from Wells to Cley, the trickiest bit possibly being getting under I think the same bridge as the one in this film! Hearing the book read aloud, with images of wooden boat sailing around Wells, and then those comments about what makes the book special - this is my favourite UA-cam video of the year!

Great work Dave, as always 👏🏻 It was especially pleasing to see an old hardbacked copy of the book, just like the one my mother gave me all those years ago and started my love of Arthur Ransome and adventures 😁

Thanks Lewis. The film was originally hosted on Vimeo as paid for content. We switched it to UA-cam for free recently which is why the viewing figures are low. The film had thousands of paid for downloads on the previous channel but we wanted to release it free of charge now. Many thanks for the feedback, Dan is a phenomenal athlete and human.

This should have way more views, truly one of the most amazing running efforts undertaken by a human and this documentary is a great account of it 🏃‍♂
