as a heejin ult too i've actually only seen about half of heejins total pobs up for sale. I think it's cause her album had quite low sales? (i managed to win like 10~ fancalls during the era collecting everything) luckily her pobs are pretty cheap but really hard to find if you didnt buy them from release, so i wish you luck in trying to get as many as you need!!
