I can easily do this. I made a 100g and 200g budget kit. If you're broke, but want to run some stuff, I recommend a green Phoenix choker and low boots with move speed. They're super cheap and will help you out a lot I would run my usual 10 spell build. This vid was to help new wizards use their utility spells first so they can incorporate it into a 10 spell build in the future. I really enjoyed intense focus, I may mess with it more

Keep practicing if you enjoy the class. It takes a long time to get good at wizard

Strength gives hp, though not much, you clearly don't read

Strength has a 25% scaling with HP, meaning for every point of Strength you gain 0.25 max HP (or 1 HP for every 4 Points) You can check that on the Dark and Darker wiki. It was also mentioned in the announcement when they did the update that split the old Strength and Agility into Strength / Vigor and Agility / Dexterity, I clearly remember that. Shouldn't be this cocky if you clearly don't know enough about what you're talking about.

I had some crazy clips with 1v3s where I got 2 but died to the last one 😂. I only put those quick deaths in because it fit with the message of the song. A lot of new players are quitting wizard because it takes too much time and practice

Same here, brother. I switch them up a lot, but I always take arcane mastery and sage. I'm currently running arcane mastery, sage, quick chant, and ice mastery. I will never go back from ice mastery. It is insanely good. The .5 second root is very strong for mid range fights.

@@vultrex1839 yeah I usually take the same except for fire mastery to help with warlock and cleric healing since I bump into them a lot. The armours okay too. I'll give ice a go!

I definitely recommend stacking as much hp and true magic damage as possible. Everybody is running at least 1 magic resist perk. The build has made me thousands of gold :)

Thx, man. I change my perks quite often. Still trying to find out what build is best. I used to never take movespeed over dmg, but with the barb meta, you need it. I was running a lot of fire mastery for warlocks in duos/trios, but they aren't as popular atm due to the torture mastery nerf. The bread and butter perks are: Arcane mastery, mana surge, quick chant, and sage. You can change mana surge and quick chant for w/e u like. Ice shield is really good too, but I feel like i dont need it anymore as I've gotten better at kiting and run a lot more MS. If a rogue lands on me, I just missle them to death lol

I view all 10 spells as essential, especially for pvp. With the new gear update, you should be able to run them all even in normals, but if I had to drop 1 spell and keep 9, it would be chain lightning if that's what you mean. Once you play enough wizard, you instinctively pick the right spells for each fight. For instance, I use lightning strike and slow a lot vs barbs as it helps to kite them if you have to

No. I mostly go for magic power and enough knowledge/capacity for 9 or 10 spells. It's not bad to take agility if your dmg and knowledge is good

Thanks, man. I should've made more. There are no videos out there like this one, lol. You definitely want to level as feral and spec into balance when you're ready to pvp. I started pvping as balance around level 40. I pvped as feral prior to that. Leveling as balance is brutal. I'd recommend still leveling with cat and bear over spells, but keep a balance spec. It's slower than feral, but it's the only way to pvp like this. You can go full balance, but I preferred having 11 points in resto for furor and insect swarm. You want to play very agile and mobile. Utilize bear form for bash/armor if they get to you. You can out range casters and keep your dots flowing. The biggest problem for balance has always been mana. I was a beast as low level in SoM and rarely lost a fight. It's definitely doable, but engineering is a must imo. Another pro tip. Always have your strongest moonfire then the down rank of it. You can keep your strong dot tick going while doing burst with the lower rank and you will save mana

@gavincarrion2596 100%. Int will give you more heals hence more hp and room to dot. I prioritized int and spell power which mostly comes from cloth gear. I had about 100 spell power. The green lens is huge. You can rock nature or arcane dmg
