Why small dogs could not stay at the shelter ? Please an answer and i hope it is a resonnable one.

Law should not give permission to those pet shop owners to open if they don't have certificates, they let those little souls suffers from pain and hunger and cold and even a sanitary issue while they are all time in cages. Those owners only ask for money not thinking that theses souls are living souls also and they need the ultimate care and love. We should stop this immediately, let's put together laws to prevent these criminals to continue their bad acts. To mention : not all of pet owners not good, no but most of them should be certified. Please we must stop this.

We need more hearted people like you Beta in Lebanon to educate those heartless people that these creature are living souls like us and they to be care of and respected. Culture and education of taking care of animals must be in the schedule of the schools.

I hope I could volunteer some day to help those little innocent souls ❤️
