Have been visiting El Campello for the last 10 years its brilliant. There is a place at El Campello you can actuall buy multi trip tickets for tram. You will find those electric gates at Benidorm as well. There are also 2 other chinese Restraunts both we think ate better than Hong Kong.

We have visited Alicante a couple of times and love it. The castle is well worth a visit and has a lift to save your legs and back! The building you thought was a station was actually the indoor market, or Mercado, and is a brilliant place to have a walk around when it is open earlier in the day.

Hi guys, nice vlog, you can get a lift to the top of the castle for 2.70 euros. Also, what you thought was a station is a huge indoor market called Mercado Central. We were there a couple of weeks ago, what a great place.

Alicante is a lovely city. Always have some cash about your person and enjoy. A walk up to the castle heights is my favourite exercise. 🙂

I was in Alicante on a cruise and went up to castle by a lift

Could of parked on the back road on the urb for free , im going to park up next to my mums when we get our MH, and we are in the area 😅

Hi!! Are you still in La Marina? I've been going there for 40 years. My mum and dad have a villa on La Marina Urb. You could go up onto the urb. It has some lovely restaurants, supermarkets and shops. I'm over there in Feb for a month xx lovely to see the places and the beach , and oh yeah, been a bit tipsy a few times at the beach bar 🍸 😀

Interesting you mention about the taxi rides. I have heard them saying to tourists that the cable cars are out of action to try and get passengers.. if a driver tries scamming you take their number and report them to the taxi company. They will be dealt with from what 1 driver told me.

Great video of Tabarca island. We only live up the road from La marina but never been to Tabarca island. Thank for the trip.

Hi you two, I had a bad back after a holiday from wearing flip flops, so comfy but no good for your back. We go for long walks and I just left the flip flops on, so yeah wear something sensible Iknow I will be in the future ❤

I used to suffer badly with sciatica then someone suggested walking barefoot whenever I can. I don't care if it is true or not, I rarely suffer sciatica now and it's well worth the odd looks I get sometimes and best of all is it is free!!

Hi Is this ebike OK to ride in UK?. Not sure on the rules as on one site that sell this bike says EU. On this one, I realy like it but usure on whether or not to purchase 🤔.

I was on that crossing last year and as chance would have it, a lady sitting near us was reading The Summons by Grisham that my wife and I had recently read. As a prank, i said in a loud voice in ENGLISH (We usually speak Welsh) "do you remember the guy who ..? " And we went on the relate the entire plot within the lady's earshot to spoil her enjoyment of the book. Yeah childish, I know. Anyway she turned to us and said that she'd enjoyed our little summary but we were slightly confused and had just described the plot of a completely different story, The Street Lawyer. Oh God Ive never felt so thick.

We have a double fan fitted in our fridge and its very effecient in hot weather

Hi to you both. I really enjoy your vlogs so please keep them coming. Just for info I live near Lisbon and I swapped out my 3 way fridge to a compresdor fridge earlier this year. No problem running it using a 230ah Ecotree lithium battery with 525 watts of solar. The fridge doesn't actually use much power over a 24 hour period so off grid is no problem. Obviously living in Portugal we have a little more sun than in the UK!! plus whilst driving the lithium battery soon gets topped up. Would highly recommend swapping if you are going to spend time in warmer countries. Safe travels.

This is where we live just outside the village. There is also an urbanisation with a few English speaking shops and a post office. Fish and chips and many cafes and restaurants

My favourite beach ❤️❤️it gets absolutely rammed in the summer x

Another nice video guys. Totally agree with you on what a great area it is to stay in, and somewhere we are definitely going to go back to next year. Its about 6 weeks since we were there, so your video brought back our own memories of the beach and town. Looking forward to seeing your next update.

Hello, 2 things, the waste tank on our Kontiki reads 100% when I know it is empty, that’s not an issue it’s the alarm that drives me insane!. Secondly we both have back issues and for our Bailey before and the Kontiki now we have had mattresses made by a company called Jonic UK. They specialise in pocket sprung mattresses for caravans and motor homes and will make you an exact replica of what came with the van to your orthopaedic needs…..they are pricey but I can honestly say the best investment we made, the comfort is supreme. They are based in Morecambe, in the NW, which is handy for us as we just dropped our van mattress with them and they used it as a template. That said, they have a database of all the sizes if you want to phone them or order on-line. I have no affiliation with them or stand to gain, they just make a fantastic product. BW Lyndon.
