just found your channel. I'm a wanna be quilter, have no trouble finding time to get material. I always go to the sales. I however, do not manage enough time to actually cut out the quilt and sew it. I just watched the blooming Love block, downloaded the pattern, and I know I have some great material to make it. So I am am anxious to watch the tutorial again, and sew along with you. Thank you for the video, and the free pattern. I have made six I spy quilts for the great grandchildren, and one for a friends little grandson. The kids love them. I do want to branch out and do something more grown up. I subscribed to your channel, and liked your video. Now I am watching the Folk Bloom block. It looks fun too. I like the one with the brighter colors and pattern. They are both cute. Off to check out the pen and paper patterns.

Your fabric choices are beautiful. Kudos for mixing different lines and designers, brings more interest to the quilt. I have not thought about using flannel regularly as a backing. It is a great idea and less expensive than Shannon Cuddle.

I love red, it's one of my favourite colours and it looks fantastic in this block. It's such a pretty block! The music overlay in this video made it very hard for me to watch, but the content was great.

I love star blocks 🌟 I bought a new sewing machine this year, it beeps to warn me about low bobbin thread, it's cool. I STILL try to beat the bobbin. Every time. I'm regularly saying to my machine "nah, I've got this!" and sometimes I startle my husband or kids when I win 😂 Bobbin chicken is a thing!
