Update: just found out that these pedestrian signals, crosswalks and the buttons were removed because no one was using those crosswalks. They figured out there wasn’t enough pedestrian traffic on this road.

There could be a few reasons why apple intelligence isn't working. One, apple intelligence is only out on iOS 18 developer beta, so if you are only on the public beta you wouldn't have access to apple intelligence yet. 2, your moms phone might not be the right model. Just because it has the island at the top instead of the notch does not mean that is supports AI as the normal iPhone 15 and the iPhone 14 pro and pro max have the island but AI is only supported on the 15 pro/pro max. to check just go to settings - general - about and see the model of the phone. three, i saw in a video that even if you have the right phone and are on the right update, you still have to go to settings then go to Siri and do some thing to like request AI and then it will download and you can use it.

Note: it’s my mom’s phone, not mine. This is the one with the dynamic island and mine only has the classic notch, cause it’s an older model.
