Here is a video showing you how to fix a typical oil leak on the Chinese 70cc 4 stroke.. as i understand it, its pretty common. This is on the left side (stator side) of the bike when you are sitting on it.. the kickstand side. I mention in the video that it is a 50cc, however I realized that it is a 70cc. model SR70C sorry for the still shots with comments.. for some reason the camera worked f...

What size shock did tou use for the rear suspension?
YOUR WAY TO DO IT WAS THE CORRECT WAY FOR MY TROYBILT> THANK YOU>
Awesome
Ms460 2 stroke is a 110cc. It would of made that job a whole lot easier.
Ya but I wanted to do something different

na it's easier if u have gears
what front fork did you use? I'm building one of these too its very similar to what you built.
this one www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XPQNBGB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but i dont like it... id consider trying this one,. it should fit, its 1 1/8 but i cant guarantee it.. you see in my video that i had to grind the threads away on the old upper bearing cap to fit the forks. www.amazon.com/BOLANY-Mountain-Suspension-Absorber-Adjustment/dp/B09CSK3NQR/ref=sr_1_7?crid=2LZ510DGW69XZ&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.zrZicz99J9FKbchvd968-6_5ybsqLbi5taRC016n8DCXtuJDd7XJUgRjFNfrpL9YtT_5nSX_yjk0DnP-yOYl-PhxtoLvUcYz4YZTFmS8MW91iFACnI2_0syX01Wi-2umnogYm417lBzW7iqwmSf7MfsFwWSOd-GLmNvf5uu1ElYSP1GPDnklBXUqOQ9g-3b3CxhHxNfTy-qKzIAMj13OOIL8cK-5srmXhECYXn69yMftgmgQ0bURS79N_I5pI4NtcD9YiL7UOWNLwNjf-veS2VIO-eLSE1ORdRhBIB8CR78.30Bie4UDm-sEAuT8PYnzUMEf_ahwT2yFSxp210zxH2Q&dib_tag=se&keywords=front%2Bfork%2B1%2B1%2F8&qid=1715024092&sprefix=front%2Bfork%2B1%2B1%2F%2Caps%2C88&sr=8-7&th=1
Same problem how u fix it
it was the starter chain.. its actually behind that cover... i think the chain guide fell out and jammed the chain.. i put the guide back in with RTV sealant to hold it in place and replaced the chain.
I remember when this was for sale in my area
Thought I was going to have to buy an assembly. Thank you so much for a great video that didn't take 4 hours to learn something.
Glad I could help

super cool video bro
Thanks a lot dude.. appreciate it 👍
Low speed jet is lean. Mine (different brand) does the same. I couldn’t jet it rich enough to totally eliminate it, but it’s better. The reason I couldn’t jet mine rich enough on the low is because it would load up with fuel at idle. The carb is just a bit too big for the bike is why this happens. They really need an accelerator pump type carb that squirts a shot a fuel only on quick throttle inputs. Before fuel injection, the early 4 stroke MX bikes had these “pumper carbs” that did it. They are too big though to adapt on a pit bike. Nobody makes a Pumper carb smaller than 28mm in my research…..although I have been wanting to test one out to see if it will work without bogging.
One more thing too.. When you build a Bicycle and put a motor on it.. as soon as you take the cranks off it becomes a motorcycle no matter what motor is on it. So just food for thought. you WILL need a Motorcycle endorsement to drive this.
How far are you from New Orleans? I’d pay you to put suspension on my bike
Very far. Lol... sorry.. I'm in Assachusetts..
@@audacityhour3104 ohh ya.. the blacked out one ?
How difficult is it to ride this beast around without the popo giving you grief? You did some incredible work. The best I've evet seen for a motorized chopper. but I doubt the dmv would ever allow anyone to slap a title on a bike frame. In my state at least. I just picked up a chopper myself but I think I'm going to stick with a 4 stroke and keep the pedals so I don't have those kind of problems. You took this bike farther than anyone else could. Congrats dude.
agreed... i dont ride it around.. i built it to sell.. so yes, i believe the police would bust you on it. i have been using it recently at the track as a pit bike to get around. i beleive it can be registered if I put lights on it... i may do that soon.
@jronpaul all the work that you put into it, you deserve more than you are asking. A title will help get at least 3500 for it. I bought mine to stay under the radar and save money on fuel and insurance, so I'll want to build mine in a way where I can at least argue it doesn't go over 35mph.
@Jacobe2of4 thanks,dude.. Ya , I've had a lot of people give positive feedback and a few negative... Good idea though.. I should look into a title for it.
when you build a bike with a engine that is Not legal. You go the the dmv for home made vehicles and you get ID numbers to stamp into the frame. Then you still need a license to drive it because it get's a plate. Simple easy pz. I had a 250 motor on a mountain bike 2 yr's back. I had to do all this through the DMV. And that's ANY state. X popo.
thanks for the compliment
That actually came out nice 👍🏾!!! Great job
Thanks .. appreciate it
How much do you want for it
1500
How'd you do the rear brake?
Welded a bracket on the frame for the Caliper. Then there is an adapter that screws on the hub where the drive sprocket used to be
@@jronpaul where did you find that adapter

i have same problem
See if it's coming from the seals behind the screws
@@ronnierepairman2964 yes i just order the new seals and im gonna replace it thx for video
What was the cause and fix ?
cause i beleive was, the upper chain guide fell out. so the starter chain broke.. I put the chain guide back in and used RTV Engine Sealant to glue it in place and replaced the chain. if you take the cover off and you see the chain moving but nothing is happening, then you have a bad starter clutch. That is what the chain is connected to.
The chain broke. Looked like the guide fell off .. it's behind the cover in the video.. I had to get a new starter chain
Is there a oring or seal on the counter shaft or are your ball bearing exposed on it. I'm having the similar problem but mine is coming from the counter shaft. I have my motor apart cause I'm doing all the seals but I didn't see one on my bike and the kit didn't come with one. Mine is a Apollo 125
you mean the shaft that has the gear for the timing chain? if so there is no seal there because it sits on the inside of the motor, behind the plate i took off that does have the seals.. there is a shaft seal in the plate that i took off though.
@@jronpaul no, the sprocket for the chain that's on the motor. The smaller one. When I puller the smaller sprocket off there was no o-ring or seal the bearings were exposed. but there is supposed to be one. I have 2 of these bikes so I pulled the smaller sprocket off the working bike and there is a thick seal in it. So I can also bet that's my leak. Because when I had the bike on it was spraying oil out of it. My dumb butt thought it was a seal on the inside so I pulled the motor and tore it apart 🤣🤣🤣 but all well I'll just put new seals on everything while it's open.
@AZNATIONRIDERS holy shit.. !!!
Take that cover off that says qiy whatever it says and you will find your problem. No oil will leak out when you take it off.
thanks it was the starter chain,.. it broke
price kya hai iska

thank you so much
How’s the reliability on these?
Hi Jacob.. I had it for a few months because I fix and sell them.. I thought it was awesome..
Really! No sound???
You can't read?
how old is that snowblower?
I'm not sure actually.. I'll send you the model and serial numbers when I get a chance
@@ronnierepairman2964 might be the same as this one ua-cam.com/video/QcoIWHCS_4M/v-deo.html I'm just wondering because I don't see it on the craftsman website so they probably stopped making it. I wonder when they discontinued it. they used to have a 20 inch, stopped making it and then 22 inch was the smallest. now the smallest is 24 inch. that will probably get discontinued soon. snowblowers just keep getting bigger. that's a shame because I liked the 22 inch size snowblower.
@@mrbubetube yes.. It is that one.. They discontinue models all the time though.. I didn't realize it was this blower, I actually sold it so I can't get the numbers
@@ronnierepairman2964 ya, that's their "sustainable business model" concept. keep discontinuing models so customers can't get parts to fix them, forcing them to throw away the old model and keep buying new models.
What engine should I use i want power but I don’t wanna have to cut the frame to much because I don’t have a welder
Im actually not sure.. The 1st motor i tried was an 80cc.. Fit without cutting.. But didn't have enough power.. The 2nd motor I did was a 5hp Honda and I had to cut the frame and same with the 3rd one I built with a 6.5hp.. There are kits thought that would allow you to bolt on a 2stroke motor.. Specially for the chopper
I want to build my own schwinn chopper
Can you post more like everyday? And also I'm planning on buying this bike off offerup how tall are you ?
Hi.. I'm 5'9. I'd post more but I have to sell what I have before I can build another one 👍 Starting a new build,.. 110CC motor and going to add full suspension..
