Thank you for your special precautionary steps to keep us from exposure to COVID - 19, and for reaching out to us directly! I have two questions. Have you considered doing the recommenced testing of everyone, because of many people being asymptomatic? Have you considered removing the rent increase (at least for April and May), since the amenities have been severely limited. We have virtually remained in our apartments. Social Security payments only increased 1 1/2%, while our rent went up 3-4%. Also the stock market has decreased income from pension funds and investments. Thank you for your consideration.
