Tournament: BCA (with some voted on rule changes such as 8/9 Ball break respotted and no 3 foul rule. Also, 7 or more tournaments won, a player has to win an extra game in the 1st round to stay in the winners bracket - handicap).

I see so many people accidentally touching balls during league and they don’t say shit that’s why I always pay attention when my opponent is shooting .
I see that quite a bit too. I think we're all guilty of that. Most of the leagues I've played in, the rules say it's up to the opponent to put it back. In professional, even if your shirt touches the ball, it's a foul.
I'm sure the "up to the opponent" rule will phase out, as much of the professional changes to the game tend to trickle down.

Most people in general need something in their life to be a part of and we've become a family. A couple of memebers were broken people, until they joined and we welcome them in. It's more than a game of pool. We appreciate you watching, but it's always going to be your choice to be here. @NINEOCHO I will admit the break shot, being the most important shot of the game, is one thing I've expressed to the crew that can use improvement. We're focused on growth on and off the table. A lot has changed over the past year for the better and I'm excited to see where the next year takes us.
