I realised this lines while printing calibration speed tower, noticed some models printed before was same issue at some walls. Now time to investigate other issues. Retraction distance was previous.

I built two units with 14 slots 37 1/2" high without castors two days ago. I used 1/4 sanded plywood for the runners. They were a full 1/4 thick. I used 16 5/8 internal width . I found 16 9/16 too tight. The work and look great. I didn't paint mine yet I may just use poly urethane.

When mounting castors I Use a vix bit to locate the holes! I use #12 x 3/4 screws with a 1/4" washer under the head to compensate for the large screw hole in the castor plate. Works just fine. Great video I will try your mounting system.

I have a Craftsman 44811 and your video helped me save one of the last Made in the USA Craftsman tools. I was baffled till I saw you use a pen clip to compress the bearing and spring. I didnt have that so i used a thin folded piece of paper. It provided just enough pressure to keep the ball in place and then slipped right out after the pawl was in place. Thank you very much!

I kinda want one. I don't have a woodshop, so I can't build one, but it would be cool to have one of these. Also suggestion: Put the slides on pegs. That way you can remove a slide to make it compatible for the double-height 8 bin cases.

I use creality and this setting is turned off already and I still get these lines what do I do?

For everyone watching, grease will stick the ball bearing to the spring. Use grease not oil.

Lids. Why have the trays got lids? It just adds three steps to access (two catches and lift lid) and the same to put away. What do they add?

Peavey gear has always been rock solid . The Bandit amp is legendary . Just listen to that killer tone ! The 80's - 90's USA Peavey gear / amps / cabs etc is now going up in value real fast . For good reason .

I've been dealing with this lately on larger prints. Like you, i went and changed the percent of overlap to the outer wall with no change in the print. When I get home today from work I'm going to look for that setting you mentioned and see if that finally clears up my infill showing through my walls! This will greatly reduce sanding and priming/filling my prints to remove this annoying look! Thanks for the video!

Lol I have the same cab and had the same surprise when trying to clean it.

I built such a rolling cart but used thin aluminum angle stock for the shelf brackets. This doesn't rely on the small edge of the bins to support the weight - it supports about 1" of the bottom both left and right - much better for a loaded tray. Finally, steer away from the Harbor Freight stuff - they are a knock off of the Stanley bins which are much stronger. My $0.02.

Great idea. I will build one today. Now I can dump the coffee cans and jelly jars.

There was nothing wrong with those parts I would consider them brand new condition all you had to do was clean and install superlube! Most ratchets that get brought in for warranty are the same thing and there was enough ratchet kits to keep real technician's going for decades and now we are all out from stuff like this! I have had the same ratchet for 25 years used daily and it looks polished inside but works great ! I could have used your old parts for another 25 years!

What happens when you have these lines and you already had that setting unchecked?

I bought a Marshall 1960B in worse shape than this. Scrubbing Bubbles and a bristle brush cleaned it up nicely, followed by an application of Music Nomad amp and case cleaner/conditioner.
