Great review and comparison. Curious to see what GW comes out with for claw feet. I was told they are making their own. You said you had a gen 1 with lots of issues, in the little time you’ve had the gen 2 would you say they’ve been fixed?

Gunwerks should make a ARMS 17 interface version so you can run any mounting system you want bc it seems to be the industry standard

I read this story and couldn't believe it when you said you're from onalaska, I'm from mossyrock and bought a house in onalaska. Sheep hunting has been on my bucket list since I was kid, it will happen someday. I put in for about 8-10 states a year in hopes. Awesome ram !!!!

Why remove the collar, we all saw it
The collar has to be removed to skin it, and also to return it to Fish and Game. It’s not uncommon for sheep to be collared by F&G.

I need to swim 300 yards for a test on Saturday and I needed a reference to see how far it is. Thanks I don’t do archery but you’re the only one that gave me a clear picture of exactly how far it is.
reminds me of when I was a teen I found a compound bow for $5 at a pawn shop, shot an arrow in the backyard for the first time and that was when I learned that it was indeed a weapon when the arrow flew so fast and buried itself deep in the grass and dirt. now I have to get back into these I forgot how enjoyable archery can be.

I shoot NFAA field archery and I do not know of any sight that has that much travel aka adjustment to shoot 300 yards.After 1 hundy I am eyeing above my peep and Isengard marks on my string.They so make a double peep but I have never used one.Nice shooting.

What is your spacing of your other two peeps above your first peep sight. I have been trying to figure out how to make longer shots but never thought about adding peeps to it.
