It really is actually, Biffy have this really cool way of writing parts that feel reasonably intricate or complex but are also quite intuitive IMO

I just wanna ask what pedal did you used?
I actually just stuck this through GarageBand and a couple of their pre-loaded distortion pedals... usually not great for tone but works really well for this scrappy old hardcore sound I think!
And also this is alot harder than it looks to play...for sure Very fast changes
Yeah it was pretty tough to keep up with the tempo shifts especially!
I moved to point pleasant, down the shore in 1985 from a northern NJ town where all they listened to was AC/DC Iron Maiden, priest and kiss. Came to point pleasant and discovered skateboarding surfing and hardcore. This album or cassette, I got from record world in brick, NJ. Couldn’t believe how raw it was. This was in 87’ ......some friends of mine at that time heard a rumor that stigma lived in brick at that time and we talked about riding around looking for his house. The skinheads in my town really liked this album....they were nuts.

Thanks! They are such a unique band but maybe Coalesce - they're more mathcore/metalcore-y but also still super noisy and sludgy, same kind of for Burnt By The Sun. Also some newer bands I really like who definitely scratch a similar itch for me are Aerosol Jesus and Row Of Ashes, both from the UK.
