Any chance of the full EP getting a vinyl/digital release? I've loved this since my mate got a test press of it back in '97!
Honestly one of my favorite tunes of all time. Positivity …
This was my first d&b record. ‘97 on my first Technics decks ❤
❤
Quality tune 1luv 😎
Five star masterpiece
Last heard in 2006. Thanks for uploading, that helped me to find tune knowing only melody and totally forgotten author and title, after my PC harddisk crushed. That time I lost all my dnb collection and had no backup copy.
yupp
huge
I am gonna play this to my future kids
Best record ever, such a nice vibe
still awesome tune §!!!! <3
Fantasy jungle is a niche that I'd love to see grow.
On a similar flex to ‘pearls’ from 1995: ua-cam.com/video/d6C47y9FHa4/v-deo.html
Class tune. £3 bargain bin my copy came from. :)
I listened this track from compilation "SUNDAY BEST". This is my best!
Heavenly!
Possibly the greatest track ever
Secret Art of Science is my favorite piece of music of all time. I was very fortunate to work with DJ DB in a small publication that was released in the early 00's that featured many facets from the east coast rave scene, from DJ's to dancers to graf writers. Never did get a copy of the book even though my art was in it, lol.
Not sure what DJ Db has to do with this, please explain :)
@@nautilusofficial2646 oh this was the opening track on Secret art of Science, I'm sorry I misunderstood you. Killer track btw
I am right there with you! This was such a captivating track to start with on Secret Art of Science. So cool you got to work with DJ DB :)
Ahhh... This is the one that I remember from The Morning After mix! So glad I finally found it.
Great track.
Absolutely magic, really sublime !!! I love <3
Absolutely magic, really subime !!! I love <3
Icy cold atmospheric drum and bass.
nice bass sound !
LOVE THIS! :D
Still the best. Wish I have the vinyl of this.
Ain't called precious materials for nothing.
One of my all-time favorites. Vinyl is so worn out it's like listening to a campfire. Any idea where this one and the other Nautilus tracks are available in wav format?
Which tracks are you after?
Definitely the Small Adventures. It would also be nice to be able to purchase the rest of the Nautilus tracks, especially the Channel Blue EP.
A 2017 remaster would be great but I'd be happy with the original too. Any chance?
isn't that double as slow usually? nothing can destroy that masterpiece.
The original, intended tempo is this dnb bpm. It did get played at 33rpm though (weatherall played it like that).
...as good as the day it was 'in the can'. 10/10
What was the name of your song on the Morning After comp? I remember loving that one back in '97...
"Small Adventures"?
I miss this sound so much.
Again you guys killed it.
Beast track love love love.
My absolute favorite D&B track of all fucking time bought it at Breakbeat Science NYC in 97. Big ups Nautilus. Or Orbit and Appaloosa either way killer track.
Yeah this track brought me into dnb in the late 90ties....I was annoying the dj over and over to please make a copy for me on tape and then he finally came up with a whole mix tape for me. My first mix tape and my first step into a several year long journey and adventure in the dnb scene.
These were tracks with soul. Today's tracks are lacking soul, that is one of the reasons I quit the dnb scene eventually.
Ha, wicked. Really appreciate that Lawrence. I'm one half of Appaloosa. This is one of my favourite tracks we made. Means a lot that one of the 12 people that heard this liked it so much ;) nice 1
mattbrooks90 thanks for the response it means a lot. Thank the other half for me if you’re still in touch. It has been a huge part of my life’s soundtrack and I thank you again. Cheers
@@QntmNtglmnt Here's a late response for you haa... Nice1. Amazing to know it means a lot to anyone. Really appreciate that.
One of my favorite pieces of vinyl I've ever owned :D
I hear you. Mine as well. Easily one of the most pleasant records to listen to.
I just found this and i now want it to
still LOVE this tune !!! <3
takes me back, such a great sound
TUUUUUUUUUUUNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE <3
tune
originally released '97. Thanks, what a great track indeed! And how much I always liked to run it on 33rpm (amazing trip hop, no kidding) until I noticed that it's actually 45 (d&b). Just installed audacity so I can do that with the digital track...
I must have listened to this every day for a year on a mini disk cycling to work.
