In this video I drove from Death valley national park to mountain Whitney. What's your favorite Drive in California?

I drove that 30 years ago, took our jeep over Sherman Pass 4WD road in Aug, and almost got stuck in the snow and had to winch ourselves out. Also visited Monache and Kennedy meadows. This is not a very well-known place, but it is one of the most beautiful places on the Eastern Slope

Useless video! If I was considering moving there, the last thing I want to see is just driving along the roads. I wonder if you even live here. You could do this living in a foreign country. Videos need real people with real voice it is explaining about real things they’ve seen it done or experienced. You are not that.

The stretch of road is about the most dangerous in the United States. I had to walk several miles of it surveying years ago and I swear to God every 25-30 feet there’s evidence of another accident. It is insane.

The name of the road is very deceiving.

BTW, that waterfall at the entrance is manmafe, but cool...

The only scary part is the folks that drive it everyday flying. I love driving it, but not early morning ir late afternoon and ir weekends. I live 3 minutes away, just an awesome drive.

Pictures and videos never seem to capture the steepness of mountain roads and trails. Always a beautiful drive from Pearsonville over Sherman Pass and down to Kernville.
