Went to machine shop, got the head and block machine , had to extract injector seals myself and clean up corrosion.
Tried to flip x6 , it flipped me

Buy yourself an accessory belt guard for the front of the motor. It might save your motor if the belt breaks again.

Been very busy with work at the shop , tired as hell to edit bunch of old videos ,when I get some time off I’ll post again should be by the end of the next week I’ll post next part , truck was complete running and driving until I melted a piston when injector got stuck
Iv tried to put the pump without machining down the block like the m54 block, but pickup tube will hit oil pan for m50. You didnt have this problem 🤔🤔

Open the DME box and ground pin 104? What ?? I was completely lost at that
If u want to flash it in boot mode u have to open ecu box and groun pin 104 with ur power supply

The USB adapter I’m using to power it is just a regular 5volt to 12 volt usb step up , with 0.5a max which is enough to power ecu and not enough to short it if u Fck it up

Hey any ideas on why JMgarage flasher gives a 'error writing flash; wrong echo bytes' error when flashing? It happenes immediatley when JM starts writing. I can connect fine and reading always timesout after 3% and also gives a wrong echo bytes error

Do you know how inpa get cable to work with gettello software ? It's saying no interface detected Is there modification to inpa cable to work with gettello version is there another version other than that on google drive ?
there is modification to inpa cable to work with galetto but you gotta read instructions to it it is pretty simple

Ok solved bought a key tumbler with key and ews and fire right up
After flashing with jm garage flasher car won't start then just now did adaptation ews dme on pa soft 1.4 and the dme vin number changed and it's said adaption done and car wouldn't start :( no reply ?
What file did you flash? you gotta flash EWS 512 KB off ( and ur engine size ) and you dont need to align ews to DME , and yes vin will change on dme , but you can manually do it ( its kinda hard to explain ) If u want i can make a video for you just let me know

yeah I'm on e46fanatics but haven't logged on in 2 years I just look up info for diagnosing ect. so me having a 330ci just installed headers I could tune it to behave better without buying a performance tune? is it pretty easy and does it really make that much of a difference
what exactly is the benefit of doing this I'm curious

i'd like to find that link also i i cannot find anywhere a diagram for the stock e39 wiring harness for the ms43 ecu, i took the pins out to clean them, eml light on and codes everywhere and car will turn over but no start and i have 2 wires in the wrong spots causing it and i need a schematic or something that tells me what color wire to plug where

Now Wire from PLUG 1, PIN 7 SOLDER TOGETHER WITH PLUG 4 , PIN 26 Wire AND TO PIN 16 WIRE FROM FEMALE OBD 2 AND THAN get that extra red wire you got to solder it to those wires ( pin 7 wire plug 1 , pin 16 from female , pin 26 from plug 4 ) and that red wire you will plug into power supply (12 volts ) or battery ( i prefer power supply for constant voltage be on the safe side) 6)Now you take plug 1 wire 4 and you run it to Obd 2 female Pin 4 as it supposed to be your negative and now you take that extra black wire (you need 2 pcs) 1 piece goes to batter terminal and the other for ground short needed for JMGarageFlasher to read and write to put ecu in boot mode, and you solder them together ( PLUG 1 PIN 4 , FEMALE OBD2 PIN 4 AND 2 Wires black color for power supply and ground wire for pin 104 on ecu/dme) 7)Now you take your K-line wire from ecu harness and you run it to OBD 2 Female Pin 7 and you solder that together 8) After heat shrinking everything))) YOU GOT YOUR SELF EZ CONNECT HARNESS FOR FLASHING YOUR ECU BE PROUD OF YOURSELF NOW) 9) BIGGEST MISTAKE IVE DONE FLASHING WITH THAT HARNESS) - when you use Galleto to flash 64 kb bin for main car parameters that where you change everything YOU DONT HAVE TO GROUND THE WIRE TO THE PIN 104 ON ECU JUST DONT DO IT , ONLY PLUG IT IN TURN POWER SUPPLY ON AND READ AND WRITE , BOOT PIN ONLY FOR JMGARAGEfLASHER 10)Once youve checked all your connections on the harness you just made , plug in that k-line adapter from ebay into female , DONT PLUG IN THE ECU YET , put power to the harness and check if the LED lights up on that k-line adapter if you have one OR LISTEN TO THE stupid sound PC makes you plug in devices it should ask for drivers if you got xp , i used win 8.1 worked great(fuck windows 10) 11) Once you verified that k-Line is working , shut that power supply and than plug ecu into the loop idiot ,dont make me cry if you shorted out ok)) because if you do all bmw enthusiast somewhere on the planet will cry and hate you 12)SO Recap FOR GALLETO PROGRAM DONT NEED TO PLACE ECU INTO BOOT MODE , IT IS ONLY NEEDED FOR JMGARAGEFLASHER, if you do put it in boot mode nothing happens and you just wont be able to get that 64KB file that you wanted to flash)) 13) Once you flashed your ecu ( if program freezes DONT TOUCH IT it runs ANYWAY JUST TAKES TIME NO MORE THAN 5 MIN UNLESS YOU GOT SHIT PC) 14) One more time once you flashed your ecu go and check it in your car ( PLS IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT DOING THAT ON YOUR OWN CAR WITH THE ONLY ECU YOU GOT , CMON MAN DONT BE A PUSSY DO IT OR ASK ME ILL HELP)))BUT ALWAYS PREFER TO GET THAT STOCK ECU BEING STOCK AND BUY ONE ON EBAY AND FLASH THAT ONE ( you can save your stock ecu info anyway (read it with jmgarage flasher and save as stock its ok ) 15)Check if your car starts and if it doesnt you screwed up cuz ive got everything working perfect ,and if you to the point when you got that 64kb file and you dont know what to do next just comment ill help 16 FOR ALL OF YOU WITH MS43 DME on your bmw ALL INFO YOU CAN FIND ON e46fanatic under driveline/DME tuning and topic is Biggest dme tune sht ever forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?p=16892281#post16892281) 16) Enjoy your car and pls dont bitch about my sht voice man im only 19 and im from Russia and also im shy as fuck on camer so fuck off))
fixed the problem it was one of the BRAND NEW coils bad ,before i came to that conclusion i changed all injectors from 330 model engine and than it ran fine for a little bit and still started misfire , so i replace coil in first cylinder and it was bad coil too, so i got another one and than it worked
this is a misfire in cylinder 1, coused by DEM which says cylinder 1 ignition something , brand new coils and spark plugs , injector seems fine , but i think it cuts fuel to it for some reason.
Check if its the engine mounts

Have You tried disconnecting the MAF sensor? That might be the cause of Your problems.. And please double check Your oil level!
+MrUlltang oil lever is good enough idk why the oil sign shows up lately , but i know that is good and up to spec , the MAF i brand new oem , i disconnected and connected back no difference.
