This is a review for the Home Depot Seeds Review program of a 29 cubic foot LG SMART refrigerator with french doors and full convert drawer. This is the print proof stainless steel version with soft close doors, convertible middle drawer, wifi and LG ThinQ connectivity, in door ice maker, filtered water/ice, and a drawer freezer.

Btw, the snap is just one part. The screws actually pull a plate up creating a “sandwich” effect from the bottom. You need to ensure you tighten those.

No no no, I still have my Frigidaire Gallery Washer and Maytag Washer for 20+ years. I can wash a load of clothes in 15 minutes and have them dried in another 20 to 30 minutes. I've been looking at new washers for the last 4 years. I can not find anything that out performs my old $200 washer, and never had to repair it. It's only a 3 Cu top load washer and have been looking at 4+ cu. No current washer has convince me to go their way for washing clothes for 45+ minutes. I think washer brands have turned cleaning into a scam. My washer is a drop and wash washer, no waiting for a computer to figure out what... clothes capacity and weight; So laughable.
Is the middle "convert" drawer stiff / hard to open? Considering this model, and some reviewers stated that, thank you! And very helpful review.
@@champamp mine is not, but yes a couple others have had that issue. I have had 0 issues the entire time I have owned it.

This Samsung electric range has cheap temperature decals that wash off when cleaning the area around the knobs. This flaw is not covered by the purchased warranty. But Samsung sells replacement decals that cost them about $1 for $47. Great profit margin for Samsung at the customer's expense.
Do you have to have the fridge connected to wifi?
No, but for every feature you would. It will work fine without it.

Do you still have and like this washer? We just purchased it and the normal wash cycle doesn’t get everything wet. I’ve read your responses regarding this topic. I’m just curious if you have a favorite cycle or setting for a normal weekly clothes cycle?
We use the normal cycle all the time. As it agitate and moves it is the proper amount.

Thanks! Just purchased this same fridge but with handles and love it so far! Question: how long did it take for you to have ice? We were told up to 48 hours but thought that sounded like a long time. Starting to see a few cubes in freezer bucket. Nothing in door dispenser and no cold water yet.
It did not take long. You should run a gallon+ of water through the water filter before you use it. Also, throw out the first 24 hours of ice.
Can you turn off that lower ice maker and remove that tray? Just had mine delivered today and don't see if I can turn it off.
On the inside panel press and hold the ice button for 3 seconds.

This router is a steaming pile of hot garbage! And this comes from someone who has an entire tool set of Ryobi stuff. My other Ryobi tools I love, but after having this router for only a year and using it less than a handful of times, it started to fail. And by fail I mean it would suddenly plunge deeper in a cut. So I went back to the handbook and made sure I was setting everything correctly, and I was. What I realized was the pertinent piece that travels up and down the depth shaft is plastic. It needs to be metal. This is what is preventing mine from not having this failure. I know these are cheap and this might prohibit Ryobi from making this component metal, but it there ever was a component on this router that needs to be metal in order to have it work properly, this is that one. I'm currently look for a replacement router OUTSIDE the Ryobi family.
I just purchased this exact fridge.. when facing fridge the right door is higher than the left but i still cant figure out how to adjust the doors.
There is a wrench that came with it and a nut to move up and down at the bottom of the door. Mine never got perfect heightwise, but are very close.
Yes i have adjusted that nut to raise the door but the adjustment on this one i cant get it to go anywhere near as high as your showed in your video.

What is the width dimension of your space. We have a very similar setup with the wall on the left side and have about 40 inches of clearance. Do you have issues with the left door not opening all the way? Thanks for the video.
This was answered in an earlier comments string with measurements. 40 inches should be good
We had 37 enclosed clearance and fits like a glove. You should be fine.
Im back again because you have been so helpful. Ive been washing a lot of toddler clothes with food stuck or dried up on the clothes sometimes. I notice that some things like rice or seaweed remain in the wash or show up later when i wash another load... are the little pieces of food not draining? Any tips? Thank you so much...
Bigger pieces/chunks may not drain well or may get caught in the clothes and not dissolve to be able to drain. I would just check for big pieces first and wipe it into the trash. Just like dumping large pieces of food off of a plate before putting it in the dishwasher.
Got it... they're really not big chunks at all but I have been and will continue to scrape any food scraps off! But I still see old food scraps...when I do new loads..hopefully with time they will drain out!! Really, thank you so so much for your prompt and thoughtful response!!!

What brand of cookware should we use! I scratched my mom’s brand new stove on day with a Stainless steel sauté pan and am so upset!
All glass cook tops will get scratched no matter what you do. Just make sure you keep it as free of crumbs as possible, including salt, pepper, etc. Wipe it before and after use. Make sure your cookware doesn't have anything on the bottom either, but no matter what you will scratch it.

Yes, turn it off on the panel in the fridge. Just a button to press.
It still made ice. But maybe it already had water in the line or tray. I'll wait a day and hope it turns off. Thank you.👍

Only got like 10 cubes of ice since it was plugged I. Over 10 hours ago. I was also wondering if you need to do anything to turn on the ice in the bottom freezer.
Look on the app and there are ice controls, including turbo ice. If you don't have the app set up there are controls in the fridge on the right side for the ice.
You can see the app controls around 12 minutes in the video. You can see the in fridge controls a couple of minutes before that.
How long did it take to make door ice for the first time
I turned it on before bed and it was mostly full in the morning. I dumped that first load and then it was ready a few hours after that.
did you ever find the bars for the drink drawer?
We did, but they were ridiculously priced in my opinion. That is why we did the plastic tubs at the end of the video. We also did the silicon drink mats. We have since gotten a second set of those so the two far left sections are can drinks, the three tubs are snacks, in front of the tubs we have bottle drinks like tea, and behind the tubs we store some alcohol.
This is an absolute piece of 5h!t. It cannot inflate a 700c x 28 tyre. A cheap chinese inflator works better on my TT bike. I've been inflating tyres for years and definitely NOT going away from manual pumps. This was a HUGE waste of money.
How long did it take to make ice?
Not very long. Much faster than my old one. It has a turbo ice mode to make it faster and with 2 ice makers we were fully stocked by the end next day. We let it run overnight and dumped all of that ice.

I got an lg top load washer and it doesn’t clean our clothes properly. There is always wet dirt/stains still caked on the clothing. My old school washer was great, the clothes came out clean.
Sorry you are having issues, we have had no issues. Everything comes out clean, plus it is faster and uses less water. Sorry you haven't had the same experience.
Do you have a part number for the griddle? I can’t find it anywhere, everyone I find is for a gas oven only.

The door ice or on the inside of the fridge the control panel? Do you have the app and did you connect it to the smart controls? I'm not 100% sure what your issue is based on what you asked.
Great video. We just got the same fridge and our convertible drawer doesn't glide in and out very smoothly, you have to give it a bit of a push, especially if you pull it all the way out. Does yours do the same thing? Thanks!
Mine does not have that issue at all. I'm not sure what would cause that.

We just got this fridge and the convert drawer on it is very hard to open and close. But in the store it opened real easy. Seems to be as soon as the fridge gets cold it gets very hard to open and lg is zero help.
@@a.hodgins655 turn it in for warranty repair and make them send someone to fix it. Ours has always worked great.

Great video and very informative. I'm assuming you've been using the range for few years now, how do you like it so far? was it a good purchase? I'm thinking of buying one but I saw some reviews online that the top gets scratched and breaks easily, not sure if they were honest reviews or not.
I have had it and used it daily for a few years now. The top does scratch, but not more than any normal glass top. It is black so may show more than some with grey or fake textured areas. If you want it to look nice you can easily clean it and the scratches are hard to see without a direct light over it. I don't feel it is any better or worse than any other glass top stove I have used.

Here are several measurements for you... Front fridge width 35-3/4" Both doors swing distance is 2" My fridge opening at the upper cabinets is 37-9/16"... this caused an issue with the door not being able to open enough to be functional. My lower cabinets provided a bigger opening so I have my fridge at a slight angle. It is pressed against the upper cabinet, but angled so the back left side is closer to the wall and the front right side is actually at 38-1/4" from the wall (gaining me just under 3/4") and creating a different angle for the door to open. This makes it so my door doesn't hit the wall and so I can open it more than enough to be functional. Hope that makes sense. Ideally I would have an opening closer to 38-1/2 or 39 if it is pressed to a wall like mine, but on a slight angle I made it work.

There is not an option for it on the app or door panel. As far as I can tell the only way to shut it off is to completely disable it. You have to remove the screws and pop the top plastic cover off. The buzzer is under there and there are videos online showing how to disable it.
