Cycling in a rainstorm in New York City
I headed out for a bike ride on Sunday, August 18th, and I hit a heavy rainstorm on my way to NJ. Ultimately, I had to cut the ride short because the roads were not safe.

What is better than going to the beach on a hot Summer day in New York? Well, I rode my Raleigh Clubman bike to Fort Tilden. A fantastic ride from Wall St, Pier 11, to Rockaway Beach and then a twenty-minute bike ride to the beach. Enjoy!

A 43-mile ride to Palasides, NJ from FiDi New York City. The weather was in the 70s, and quite windy, but overall very nice. The ride was quite pleasant.

This was a late bike ride as the weather was rainy earlier in the day, so I headed out around 11 AM. I decided to keep the ride short as I had other commitments later in the day. The ride on my Pinarello Price FX was smooth and quite enjoyable.

I rode this morning from FiDi to G.W bridge through West Side bike path and the River Side Ave in the Upper West Side. I stopped at Strictly Bicycle for a while. I headed back to Manhattan after and on the way I stopped at the Hungarian Pastry shop. I headed back home through Central Park, MidTown, Hudson Yard, and ultimately the West Side bike path.
