Check the return line. Take it loose from the pump . get a hose run it to a bucket. start it. see what it does

Might be a bit difficult finding a new fender and the headlight door top. These cars are over 40 years old now and have become extremely rare. Not many of them left in in auto wrecker yards like Pick N' Pull. Hopefully you don't have too much trouble finding the parts you need.
