Brand new little country ditty for y'all. I wrote it and played all the instruments. Maybe this is the one that gets me that big ol' Nashville record contract. Cheers.

Mr Show Theme Song - Surf Cover
Переглядів 809 місяців тому
This is a cool song with a really weird melody/chord progression. This cover isn’t too far off from the original… I recorded this as a backing track just to have something to play along to as I learned the lead… but it sounded cool so I am sharing the complete thing. RIP Mr Show… sketch comedy at its finest.
Wild On Christmas Birthday (Cover) - I Think You Should Leave

Cover of the song that appears in the Rat Mom/Office Birthday/Christmas Party sketch in Season 3 of the show I Think You Should Leave. I did all the instruments and vocals. Tim Robinson and friends I am so sorry.
Gerry vs Joey
Переглядів 123Рік тому
Did Joey Ramone lift lyrics and melody from Merseybeat popsters Gerry and the Pacemakers, or was Gerry Marsden secretly employing the songwriting talents of the young lad from Forest Heights NY in the mid 60s? Who sang it better? You be the judge. Actually don't judge... both are great.
Someone Stole Rod Stewart's Viper
Переглядів 58Рік тому
This song is based on a true story. In 2004 Rod Stewart's Dodge Viper was stolen by his landscaper. Rod was very upset and promised vengeance. It was later recovered, the thief was punished, the damage was repaired. Rod was happy again but some say that deep down, he was never the same. I played all the instruments/vocals.

Backyard Studio Tuff Shed - Start to Finish

BEHOLD! My 20x10 Tuff Shed Backyard Studio. I am a Portland-based graphic designer (yea, yea I know, for a creative professional person this video is not great) who, since the beginning of the pandemic, was spending 8-10 hours a day in a converted space in the garage. So with an indefinite WFH position lined up, it was time to upgrade. Hopefully this video gives some insight into the work invol...

Really impressive
That is amazing
Awesome video! Short and to the point!
"Don't push it!!"
Nice!
Nice! Just have to run back to the house to use the BR so no beer frige
Pretty much
What permits were needed❓❓
Probably a bunch
Man o man, so cool.
Thanks for watching!
It's truly scary what they're doing with the pressed wood products. Truly frightening that it's being used in construction of any kind.
So far so good.
That would be a nice little music studio for me great job!!
Let me know when you're ready to jam.
Ole boy got that casting couch look going on... I ain't mad at ya...
Unfortunately the most action that couch sees is the occasional afternoon nap.
very nice
Thanks for watching!
I'm thinking of doing this instead of converting my carport to another room... but I'm probably going to do less windows.
What are you hiding?
@dillongentry nothing, just want more wall space to hang a TV, A/C on another wall and a sleeper sofa. Then the opposite side my desk and computer.
Love it !
Thanks!
I’m going to have to work very very slowly then😂
agreed
Could make a tiny home of tuff shed
For real.
Ypu mentioned not having to get a permit for the shed if in compliance of 200 sq ft or smaller, but what about the electrical….did you have to get a permit for that portion?
I probably should have.
I guess if you are handy, you could save quite a bit on the shed if you could do it all yourself, same with drywall. But man I suck at drywall. Its more of an art
Buddy I can't even hang a picture on the wall. Those guys make it look so easy.
Very nice ❤
Thanks for watching!
boxable does it all for 60k and it looks polished just sharing
Triple the price for some polish? No way.
Funny how these weekend warriors are bragging about "copying" plans and DIY. Is that something to be proud of? The Chinese do that with Rolex watches.
I'm more of a Casio guy.
I'm in Beaverton too ~~ Super work!
Awesome! Thank you!
I love it. Great job.
Thanks for watching!
Y’all know much it cost to have someone to do thjs
More. Much more.
Great "escape" location, set up for 4-season use. Planned out very well. Good job !
Thank you for checking it out!
Imagine how much it would have cost if you weren’t able to do a significant portion of the work yourself.
It hurts to think about it.
might have been cheaper to add on to the house
maybe. we already have a 17x18’ addition so this option made more sense. thanks for watching!
Nice! I still have some old ones!
Having a tranquil and silent environment for work, priceless!!! Man going on year 5 working from home , only peeps that work from home well understand lol
💯
Can ypu add a bathroom and small kitchen how much
between the cost of permits and the additional materials and labor, probably at least another $10k. Thanks for watching!
What do you do for fresh air? My understanding is the Mr Cool unit doesn’t bring in fresh air, so you would need an ERV or something similar
I open the windows.
A puzzlement. How come solar wasn't used. Instead of piggybacking on a 1951 electric system. Very much updated. I'd be worrying about a fire. Solar, you're independent, awesome looking man cave
I have an upgraded 200 amp breaker panel in the house with more than enough juice to spare for the sub-panel in the shed. I didn't go with solar because I am a vampire. Thank you for watching!
Beautiful build! I want something like this,
Thanks you for watching!
Looks awesome great video
Thanks!
20,000 😱😱😱
you said it
Thanks for the Straightforward information, very helpful and nice job on your build, enjoy!
thank you for watching!
great build
Thanks for watching!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
If you would of paid some Mexicans to build the shed it would of been 6k instead of 10k
Odelay
Nice video. Place looks awesome.
Hey brother im currently doing the same thing to my 10x12 tuff shed. My question to you is. Have you had any issues with condensation/mold problems on your celling. I came across another video where a guy was talking about adding some soffit vents to air out the celling/Roof
A lot of people have brought this up, and insisted I should have put a gap between the roof and the insulation. I regularly check behind the LED lights for any issues, and so far I have had zero issues with mold or condensation after 2 years. The room is climate controlled 24/7 so that might help. Anyways, your results may vary. I am not an expert on this. Thanks!
This dude STOLE from Lowe's. I work there and we have been trying to reach him for months! PAY FOR YOUR AC. Thief!!!!!
Take me to jail.
Awesome video 👍
Thanks for watching!
Great video, also the one you posted on the build. Fyi for anyone interested, you can buy a Tuff Shed one of two ways - direct from Tuff Shed as Dillon did, or through Home Depot. The HD route is generally a little cheaper, however they don't offer as many options as buying direct. A lot of people go through HD as they have the credit card that regularly run 24 month no interest payments, that is needed by some people. The other thing is Tuff Shed doesn't get paid for the shed unless the customer is happy. Home Depot will withhold payment to them until you are satisfied. I'm speaking as a former salesman for Tuff Shed, they do make a great product.
Great info. Thanks for watching!
Cool
“I did hire out the drywall.” - Smart man
Interesting
You said it.
What was the cost for everything?
There is a cost breakdown in the video description and also a link at the end to another video on my channel that goes into specific detail on the cost of everything. Godspeed.
I'm looking at doing a pretty similar build with Tuff Shed - WFH space for my wife and I. Wondering why you went with the gravel pad as opposed to a slab? Did you just have the Tuff Shed steel flooring that they offer and pop that on the gravel pad?
I went with the gravel pad simply because it was a less expensive DIY option that I felt more confident doing. The Tuff Shed steel frame foundation just sits right on top of the gravel and gravity does its thing. Good luck and thanks!
