This was just a chance scenario where the shopper saw the no tip order that later got bundled with a good tip order. That's the only way they knew it was a zero tip in there. Also, the zero tip had one item so marking it out of stock the order makes no sense and IC can't charge the customer so much easier for them to remove it. This is not at all a guaranteed way that you can legitimately and smoothly do this on a day to day basis.

I am someone who lives in NYC. My Rover sitter profile got approved recently. I am trying to look for ways to get some real clients. I am thinking of doing that by getting business cards on Rover. Then going to pet friendly cafes and pet shops in NYC to ask the manager or owner for permission to put my business cards there. But I will buy something first before asking the manager or owner and hope that will increase their chances of saying yes. Doing that might get pet owners to know about me and they might consider hiring me.

Please be aware that getting active time on two different apps is illegal in California. I would highly recommend against that. You’re essentially having two different companies paying you prop 22 pay at the same time. So instead of getting 120% of minimum wage, you are now getting 240% of minimum wage for the time that you have two apps running under active time. Unethical and illegal.

As someone who orders doordash frequently, I always go run around in the parking lot if I am somewhere that is hard to find. It is my mission to go find the person, I will usually wait on the sidewalk to make it easier.
