If you understood the game. I see a completely annoying player playing who is least bothered on winning and more interested in keeping me out of the game.. Also tier 9.5 and tier tier does not make much of a difference in the game.. because from tier 9.5 is 99.9 % and tier 10 is 100, due to which the impact is 0.01. Just to inform you I see a player with 5th artifects vs a player without that. I don't understand your comment.
