It has aged, and the puzzles are simple. But I’m still floored this was supported on the Gameboy Color. It’s vibrant environment design. The audio. It just blew me away. Especially the later cut scenes with the submarine and how they used alternating pixel cuts to create gunfire. Or roan and lightning. I mean. This is the best looking 8-bit on the GBC in my opinion. And it really was fun :P. I have a place in my heart for this game. Thanks for commenting!

Ok, Scams. First and foremost, thank you for the kind words and for stopping by! Now lets get into this. Scams do happen, but they are not as widespread as they once were, or at least I don't seem to run into them. The biggest and best tip I can give is, do not be the cheapest. Take very good pictures and add some percentage points of value for those so you land in that sweet lowest ten or so spot. I am the kind of shopper that always organizes my results by cheapest first, and then I go from there, but I would say that any professional Bayer is also a professional buyer. Soending money is how we make money in some ways, even us retired obeyers have that knack. So add some value, and for the rarer games don't be afraid to be a little higher on the value front, because you've spent the time collecting these items and testing them. Your description should be very thorough as well, any knick or scratch kind of thing. or my go-to tag is "and includes wear from play and storage, as pictured" at the end so you can assure them that it will have some kind of minor flaw. Nothing is perfect, but I have personally watched an individual dig through a factory case of sealed copies of Dark Souls for the Nintendo Switch to find the "best" sealed one. To then open. It was. . . Enlightening. But the collecting world takes all kinds. I wish you the best of luck moving your collection! Last tip, go for the long-dollar, not the short. Selling quickly is nice, but if you need money now then negotiating with a local game store might be better than selling on eBay. Avoid auctions, that's where value goes to die, in my humble opinion, and be prepared to have these listed for a while before they sell. Finding the right person is important, and that takes time. Also, trust your gut. So many times I have someone send me four messages and I have literally just known it would be problematic, so I just removed the item from sale and chalked it up to my gut instinct. Better to not make a sale than to make a bad one and KNOW it was going to be problematic. When they say things like "Well, ok, the map IS bent but I'll pay full price, but if anything else is wrong I'd like to return it" you kinda know something else is goin to be wrong. It's just, an instinct. Also don't let the few scams that will happen affect your motivation to sell on eBay. I started selling at flea markets, and my brother helped me out there, and he was always afraid of stuff walking off. But in twelve years of Flea-Marketeering I can only recall one instance of straight up theft. I think people are normally pretty honest, but I always expect a 5% loss on whatever I'm doing. So, if it comes in under that I am one happy caper. I apologize about the book! I should just make this into a video!

Yeah, it's not so much needing the money right away, I mean I can use the money, but honestly it's years and years of stuff collected that's no longer used and we have a lot of stuff the wife just wants me to get out of the house lol. But yeah, I know pictures is a big thing. I've already set up a room with lights and plain backgrounds and taken some good pics so far, but that's about where I am at right now. I've always been a buyer, been hitting flea markets and yard sales and estate sales and eBay, etc. for over 20 years and I am ready to let some other people enjoy the stuff. 😁 I have 2 questions if you wouldn't mind me asking and I'll leave ya be. When selling games and systems, is it better to sell the system with the games or to separate them? I have one older system with a lot of accessories and games, but it's an older system and was trying to figure out if it would be better to sell all together or split it all up. The only other thing I was wondering, and you can answer in a future video if that's easier cause I know I'm asking allot, but I am a little bit intimidated about figuring out what to charge for shipping. Last sale I did a few years ago, I sold a classic guitar hero set and I ended up paying double on shipping than what I listed it for and had to eat the cost. Is there an easy way to figure out what to charge for shipping, because eBay tool was way off? I basically charged what eBay told me to and got a surprise at the post office lol that's been quite a few years back, but it's been in the back of my head. I am pretty good on pics and descriptions and being organized, but also don't want to undercharge, because the person I sold the set to, turned around and sold it for almost double what he paid me lol. I don't mind, cause we both made money in the end, but I did screw myself on shipping lol. Also sorry for the book. You and I are a lot alike lol.
