KOC and Kwesi both need to go! Flores helped Kwesi with those defensive free agency picks. Kwesi and his scouting staff has totally been a bust in the draft. Three years and they have not fixed the interior offensive line! Koc has got to show me he can make a deep run in the playoffs (by that I mean go to the NFC championship game and actually compete in that game and not get blown out). They have 1 more year on their contract, and let their new contracts be discussed once we get to thru the NFC championship game next year. If they don't get there in four years, they're fired!

KOC has got to hire an offensive coordinator. He is not a great play caller, and I absolutely see very little creativity on offense! Bench Aaron Jones and give Akers and Chandler a chance! KOC needs to concentrate on game/clock management. Can't argue with you D. about taking the points and kicking the field goals. Your right, our defense against the run is smoke and mirrors and nowhere as good as their ranking.

The passing game under Sam Darnold has improved as the season has progressed and his ability to scramble away from the pass rush. They only passed for one touchdown against Detroit earlier this year. Darnold has to use all of his WR weapons and the TE's if they are going to go in there and take the NFC north Division away from the Lions. Three key factors to watch for the rest of this season! #1) KOC's play calling, especially on 3rd and short and 4th and short! #2) Our filed goal kicker's ability on kickoffs and making field goals. And #3) KOC has to show he has made improvements with clock management (what happened in the Green Bay game just before the half cannot happen again this season)

Tight Ends only average around 45 yards a game against the Lions this year and have only scored 3 touchdowns (64 receptions out of 94 targets) against Detroit all year long.
