Just listened to this back-to-back with Jeff Beck's version. Jeff is sublime but Sharon is transcendent. To compare this tune with Vaughan Williams is no faint praise.

Sharon’s voice is fine, but the arrangement doesn’t pop. Can’t put my finger on it. Perhaps a blistering violin solo, or screaming guitar solo, and more percussiveness in the back up. Needs something that grabs you and slaps you silly. Sorry, don’t mean to be critical.
