Mega Man for the Nintendo is an excellent plattformer with solid controls and great music. You can select with order you do the stages in and each robot master you defeat will give you their weapon to use against other robot masters or just during the stages, the goal is to defeat Dr. Wily.

Pang for the Amiga 500 is a plattformer where your goal on each stage is to blow up all the bubbles. The larger bubbles split into smaller ones until they are small enough to be destroyed, you can get different items and upgrades for your weapon and there is also a two player co-op mode.

Ristar definitely deserves a comeback along with Vectorman. Vectorman is definitely of my favorites.
I have not played Vectorman yet but I am curious to try it out now.

Great game, one of the best co-op games on the SNES. :)
I agree, it is so much fun to play this game with a second player, Max is faster but Goofy can take out most enemies with one barrel. :)
