There are people who fails on little hearts, but not much. This is actually an all-rounded course where people can fail on any stage, so there are bunchs of god-like 10-dan who can't pass kaiden. Azul: Slow part, jack fests (fast), stair patterns, normal judge (=hard to get JGs) Forceful Beat (most people fail here): Slow but long jack fests + annoying 16th notes everywhere + annoying scratches Plasma Strike: Hi-density with jacks and scratches, normal judge Little Hearts: Hi-bpm, hi-density

1048 = pinky on turntable, thumb on 1, middle on 2, index on 3. So that your left hand is completely fixed. my own way = ring on 1, middle on 2, index on 3. When there is a scratch, my pinky (and ring finger) extends out to the turntable, so my middle finger has to take care of key 1 as well. I can't do 1048 all the time because my thumb is too weak compared to my ring finger. So I only do 1048 when there is a messy combination of key 1 + key 2 + scratches.

you could fail on little hearts god, but it's so much easier than the other 3 + whenever you have difficulty keeping up you can just hit all the keys evenly and not lose much life, whereas in the other three songs the hard parts stress certain columns much more than others and even smashing will fail you out quickly
