With Patricia Palagi. She leads the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) Training Group, where her team coordinates training activities with Swiss and international partners. With over 18 years of experience managing international, multi-institutional projects, Patricia specialises in curriculum design and scientific training for bioinformatics and life sciences. She is also a co-creator and leader of the successful ELIXIR-GOBLET Train the Trainer (TtT) programme, fostering a global network of trainers who benefit from community support and knowledge exchange.
Patricia will introduce the TtT programme in her talk, focusing on ways to engage with the community and highlighting a new mentorship scheme.
