There were some good guys - and girls -in that group - hope some of them have continued on to train with you.

Says to do one arm deadlifts because he can’t do conventional due to a bad back and that conventional has him bend over yet demonstrates one arm deadlifts bent over...

I've had to practice forgiveness in my life, forgiving bullies who almost drove me to the point of death. I am a huge advocate of forgiveness, after-all it's free. However, I still struggle as of recent years, walking the forgiveness path can sometimes seems just as hard as the retributive path and I fall back into anger, bitterness and depression which for me is often crippling. That image of jesus on the cross 2000 years ago certainly helps me walk the forgiveness pathway. Geoff Thompson is some horse.
