Can you please show how to get into that one arm back bend like in the picture ? That's so pretty and I think I could more easily do that one hand pose because there's a little twist in the torso so seems like a less back bend. Thank you !

Oh, thank you very much for your video, if my first pole dance lesson at beginner course lesson was like it I would felt more happy. Like first do the muscle training instead of try do fireman , while main focus is on the advanced girls from previos 12 lessons course.
