Great lecture. I am amazed at hearing about the availability of dobutamine in the ICU if not in the crash cart. By no standards it is acceptable that it takes 45minutes to procure dobutamine in an ICU setup of world standard

are cvp measurements from piccs reliable?, i can see scvo2 being useful from piccs but always thought the long length of piccs added too much resistance to make the cvp useful without a real cvc.
