Where is this trail?
Trail T3.2 in the HATVA system.
Can you help me my can am Outlander 500 oil screw is stuck so i cant change my rear diff oil do you have any idea what i have to do
Go get you an "easy out" set, tap it in with a hammer and get you a crescent wrench. You're welcome! ;-)
Thanks for the heads up. All ok,-19, 3200 km.
No problem! Keep an eye on them.
Thanks for this!
👍
My 22 is fine i ran out and looked you had me worried
That’s good! Yours is one of the rare ones! Lol
Bluetti has a MASSIVE sale event on starting today! Check out the links in the description if you’re looking for portable power and solar solutions!
Hey great video. I ride that area often and would love to try it. Would you pin trail please?
Trail T3.2 on the HATVA map.
Your RZR looks amazing! 👍 Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! The combination of Novsight Halos and light bar on my XMR is insane!
Thanks! Worked on mine
You're welcome!
i have been using my iphone but it goes dim even after changing all the settings for it not to do that. does this unit have any dimming issues.
This one doesn’t dim at all. Stays bright all day. I’ve done 7 hour rides and never had an issue.
@@johnsoff-road i appreciate your fast reply and i will be buying those phone, i have been using x offroad and love the program but it sucked when my iphone would go dim on the trail, we also just watched your cardo communicator video we will be buying those as well thanks for all your excellent advise!!!
@@07GTH thanks for watching! I appreciate your feedback! You’ll absolutely be happy with both of those purchases. If you purchase through my links I’d be very grateful! Thanks again!
Trout lakes galore.
I drove my trucks threw this 36 years ago to sundrige
There are so many trails out there. U end up North Bay. Kent’s mill Road some Guy said. N he’s right. Goes to sundrige.
It’s hard to resist donuts on the air strip!😂
Or any small patch of sand. Loll
@@johnsoff-road of course! 😃
Excellent info and video 👍. Now I just need to win the lottery. Lol.
They’re not cheap but they’re absolutely worth it!
What trail number is that long water crossing in Kearney? Ive been on it before but would like to go again.
Hey I don’t remember the trail number but I know it’s part of the park to park trail not too far out of Kearney.
Sweet, loved the Halo setup
The halos are the ideal trail light setup!
What size is the tubing that the light mounts are onto
I think that bar is about 1.25”.
@@johnsoff-road thank you
You guys wreck trails left right and center.
Lol. You realize this is a mountain that is all rock! There’s nothing but rock under the leaves. Feel free to show me how we wreck trails.
Thanks 👍
Hey man, do you know if anywhere in Canada to pick these up from?
Sorry I'm not sure.
What size trailer are you using? I’m guessing you haul more than one quad in it? I’m shopping for an enclosed now and I’m trying to see what everyone suggests for a two quad set up. Has to be enclosed
It's a 16' with 3' V nose so 19' overall. I transport 2 Can-Am Max machines no problem. I have a couple videos on the trailer. Take a look through my videos and you'll see.
@@johnsoff-road perfect, thanks. That’s what I was pricing today actually. I have one XTP at the moment, ordering another next month.
Have you ever rode the VMUTS trails up in Mattawa Ontario? the infamous 666 trail is crazy!
Hey, yes we have done those trails. Unfortunately it was a few years ago before I started filming ride videos. We’ll have to do it again sometime!
I've been watching alot of your videos. You guys sure have nice trails there. Where are these at? I'm always looking for places to film. I don't have many atv videos out yet mostly camping. Anyways I had to subscribe so I don't miss a video
Awesome thanks! Most of our riding is in the KATVA and HATVA trails.
@@johnsoff-road that in Canada?
Sorry yes I’m in Ontario, Canada.
@johnsoff-road awesome I want to plan a trip there next fall. I follow another youtuber there and we have become good friends
Dude that 1000 screams. 71 in no time. My little 570 tracker I thought was fun until I seen this video. I need a can am. My videos are not this cool
It’s a fun machine for sure! Thanks for watching!
@@johnsoff-road no problem
Wow u have awesome trails. I need to get footage like thus on my channel
Thanks for the comment!
When did you first change the oil on this machine?
Good video. I got this for Father’s Day for my Jeep. Got the larger 8 piece set. Finally going to install in next few days. I have 2 questions. I noticed the controller has 2 wires. Did you just chain it around for 1 continuous loop from the connector back to the connector? Also my 2nd question is about the switch panel. I also have their 8 gang panel. What number did you use? 30, 20, 10 or 5?
I’m pretty sure I went to the 10amp switch. Check the manual for the total amps yours will draw and put it to the appropriate switch. As for the two wires. I did one to the front and one to the back. It’s not a continuous loop.
Nice trailer. I bought a Legend 20 foot open with 5200lb axles. I love mine too
Nice!
Do you have an email account. I have some questions about the x20 gps.
Hey yes it’s johnsoffroad@gmail.com
Thank you.
Thank you so much for the video. Just what I was looking for. So am I correct that the phone doesn't need a sim card if you hot spot it?
That’s correct. I don’t have a SIM card and very seldom even hot spot it. GPS works without data connection. Just download your maps for offline viewing when connected to WiFi then you’re good to go with no data connection.
Thank you for the response. I just ordered the X20. Can't wait.
I’m sure you’ll love it. For the price you can’t beat it!
I genuinely thought you woulda had more views / subs, that was well put together and hilarious 😂
Thanks!
It seems to me the guy on the blue bike has a sensible fear of not wanting to be in a wheel chair for the rest of his life, such a great decision maker, and should be praised for being such a great role model for the viewers!
I’ve always admired his riding style. Cautious yet curious. 🤣
Great video! Thanks for the laughs. I'm usually your buddy in that situation as well. However, that didn't look too bad by my limited "abilities", but I know the camera never shows what it really looks like. Why not put the winch on your bike or a tree? Just so he would feel like it wouldn't slide into the water or flip over. Then he could just winch in and use power only when needed? Just curious why that never became an option.
If it came to that I would have just driven his bike up for him. But yes, there were other options available. He just started blazing a go-around unexpectedly. Lol. It was definitely steeper in person than the video shows.
@@johnsoff-road Keep up the great videos. Love the details you put into them. Watching the Cardo video now. ;)
Awesome thank you!
This looks a bit more civilized compared to the Outhouse trail l watched. How did the one couple like the SXS? I prefer my own ATV, but just curious.
Lol yes the Outhouse is a very challenging trail. They love the SXS. They live near trail systems and it’s pretty much all they use now.
Your buddy reminds me a lot of myself. It’s not easy getting over that mental hurdle making off camber or steep climbs. Watching someone tackle it first helps but doesn’t always make it easier. Great content as usual John!
Thanks! Yes, off camber riding is nerve racking for sure. All of our laughs are in good fun and we’re always helping each other out.
I love your trailer setup man. I've got a AC200L and I love it but I think that AC180P is really the sweet spot. Can run just about any appliance - significantly lighter and easier to move around and at 1440wh it's a crazy upgrade from the standard unit
Hey thanks! Yeah I’ve been really happy with the AC180P. I have a PV200D on the way so that should keep me going based on my low consumption while camping.
I have a 2024 canam outlander 850 XT im wondering if this box will fit on my outlander, because its not a max. Im only asking because between them, the racks on either one look identical to one another seems like it should still work wether the frame is stretched or not... i would attach a picture if it allowed me to
Yes the racks are the same whether it’s a max or short frame. The box will work
@johnsoff-road thank you for letting me know so quick
Anytime! Thanks for watching
So glad l can live vicariously through you young crazy people, lol. The girl on her own bike rocked it.
Lol! Yeah she’s an awesome rider!
Haha thank you .....i am not that young lol 55 yrs old so we r never too old lol
Love to ride at 64 but nope. Lol
What is the siding part number or called so you can install it as a divider?
2022 650 outlander and mine were loose also ...could hear a clunk in the front while in the rough stuff going slow a thats what it was...2000km later and there still tight.
Glad they’re holding. Did you use loctite on them?
@@johnsoff-road no and it's been good since,I guess I caught it in time before it did any damage to the bracket holding it,it was one of the first ride after I bought it new.
Got the same bike, love it.What Tiger tail mount are you running ? And where are you folks riding? Looks awesome!
Nice! I’m using the 2” hitch mount for the Tigergail. I have a video showing the install. Check it out! This was at the 5 Points in Bobcaygeon.
Nice video! The Legend Trailers are an excellent platform for Toy Hauler/Camper builds. Planning mine now.
Thanks! Yeah I’ve been so happy with this trailer! Check out my build video and see in detail what I did to it (water and electrical).
For camping - are your rear stab jacks and front tongue jack sufficient to stabilize the trailer? Didn’t see what you are using for side to side leveling.
I wasn’t really too concerned with being perfectly level. The spot I parked in was fairly level side to side. You might be able to see in the video I have the tongue jack very low so that helped make the front stable. Overall with the rear jacks the trailer felt really solid and I didn’t notice any movement at all.
Also I’m using The Ultimate Trailer Jack for the tongue. Check it out. The factory one was way too low and always scraped on uneven driveways and speed bumps. This new jack is amazing!
@@johnsoff-road - awesome! Having a drop leg jack is a must.
Great information thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Awesome Video
Thanks!
What was the wind on the tires and what rims what offset are you running how far do they stick out do you have wheel spacers
They’re 10” wide on stock rims. No spacers. I have another video on them showing the two different sizes and what I had to cut to make them fit.
What was the fault??? I’m experiencing the same issue but I’ve yet to find a response?
Not sure exactly what the issue was. They replaced the wiring harness at the box but that was only a temp fix as it started doing it again. Then they had a head office tech on the phone apparently and went along checking/testing every connection from front to back. That seemed to fix it as it hasn’t happened since.
Just saw this. Left side lost the bolts.
Oh damn! Grab replacements at Home Depot. Way cheaper than the dealer.
Yup. Had some bolts in the garage. Unreal.
2021 outlander 1000r here. Accidentally stumbled across this video while looking up how to content. I actually found the first one myself while greasing the zerk fitting. The top bolt was almost entirely backed out but no bolts lost. Noticed around 600 miles. Going to check that plate tomorrow, thanks for the heads up!
I found mine the same way while greasing it. Regular maintenance is the best way to find issues before they become bad. Thanks for watching!
Great video. Thanks!
