Its a little hard to read the video description if you have tears blurring your view while reading... Its so true and it made me "a bit" emotional. #MentalHealthMatters TRIGGER ALERT: This comment gets a little "deep" so I try to make it long enough so that you need to press "read more"! I had some thoughts in my brain that I began to write down, maybe it will help someone. . . . . I sadly also got in touch with the "unbelievable" fact, that a lovely person in our family commited suicide. And also some of my friends have dealt with such sad things too. And as with your close friend (my condolences by the way) no one saw it comming and one day a person of your family gets that one call that keeps everyone "traumatized" (and that maybe forever). And maybe no one is able to accept the fact until you went to the funeral or even more sadening after seeing the dead body in the coffing days before the funeral. We cannot look into other persons heads, mind, psyche and their thoughts. And maybe even a therapist or psychiatrist cannot do that to the "life saving extend" to prevent such things from happening or at least trying to help that person in whatever way maybe possible. Simply because they either didn´t have such a person in their life or they were clever enough to hide their very severe mental health problems very well so that they not be able to recognize it. I hope that no one who is reading that comment is thinking about commiting "suicide". If you do, go and seek for help immediately, it can get better but you need to do the first steps of accepting your problems and then seeking for help. Also think about your loved ones you would left behind and maybe would change forever in a very bad way, you may not want them to be changed. You are maybe so much "depressed" that you cannot see another option but to kill yourself but killing yourself does not end your depression! It will erase you from existence, it will end your life. And maybe even the "happy" life (mentally) of your loved ones who will then also maybe suffer from depressions, traumata and maybe other mental health issues. Instead of traumatizing your loved ones because you have "killed" yourself, maybe traumatize your loved ones a big chunk less by telling them your thoughts and problems. There´s always someone loving you and accepts you the way you are. Maybe you and that person just haven´t met yet, and this person feels in a high degree the same way as you and is eager to find a person like you, to hopefully than feel, heal, love and live better together. Just never loose hope and faith in yourself. "You are not alone! We are not alone!" You can see and read, it is also a "matter of the heart" to me to make "Mental Health Awareness" a thing that needs to get louder in our world. We all have our own problems but some should get treated well! Accept your problems and seek for help if you feel you might have the need to do so. (I guess, this was by far the most emotional comment I ever posted somewhere on the internet so far, I hope someone gets some good value from it) That said! I hope you have or will have a good day today :) #MentalHealthMatters
