Idk what made me suddenly think of Greater Tuna, but its cool yo have found this scene. In my junior year of high school, in 2009 I was in advanced drama class and we did select scenes from it and this the one i did. Its funny that what he said was only like half of Yippy's name. And this is only like half the scene. When i did it, this one girl was my scene partner and we had her dressed up in an animal costume, trying to jump up on my lap. Watching this, and remembering that, makes me really miss acting.

My community theater is currently doing this, and I recently saw it. The guy who played the sheriff in my production (who was actually filling in, since the regular actor was sick) sounded just like Elmer Fudd.
