MARSOC Short Card Workout Great full body workout if you are into combat sports. I was wearing flak and sapi plates with one pound sand bags in each magazine holder with my Magpul AR-15. I was going to do dips for the camera rather than Pull-ups at the end of the card but it started raining. I still did them. . . Just not on camera.

1mrsleepy1 start out doing single count and graduate to a 4 count. You can graduate certain exercises by themselves without doing them all 4 count. It’s entirely up to you.

What's the deal with crunching with your carbine 🤔?
It's not necessary to the workout at all. Moreso for personal reasons. I did a few exercises with the AR. The answer is threefold. One reason was to load more weight onto my core. The second was to keep loading the weight of the weapon onto my shoulders. I was doing competitive airsoft and you keep your rifle at the ready nearly the whole game. This rifle weighed 8 pounds. So my shoulders needed as much weapon familiarization as possible. Third, I made this video to motivate the competitive airsoft team I was playing with to motivate them to get in shape. You can't fight if you can't keep your weapon up or move quickly. They were more about looking cool than shooting, moving, and communicating as a team. So I figured if I incorporate my weapon into the video and look cool, they will grab their rifle and make their own workout video to show me. I was the only Marine veteran on the team and I was pulling my hair out getting these guys to get into combat shape and learn tactics to fight as a team rather than looking like Rambo with fake radios, peq2's, and flashlight attachments when we play in the dayight 99% of the time. Needless to say, I stopped playing airsoft. I couldn't take the Call-of-Duty culture. Haha. I hope that answers your question. Nice guys though!

its not a matter of finding the card, its seeing some of the workouts
