I know most people seem to like Ilene as Delia, but I always preferred Randall. She was ditzy and devious, but just a wounded soul underneath. Ilene has a mean streak, so hard to feel sympathy for her.

The one thing about Ryan’s Hope at least from the early years it seems like the characters tell a lot of stories, and actually have a realistic conversation. It was definitely more family oriented than the other soaps.
