We had so much fun celebrating Zane Dirty 3rd-y Blippi Contruction Birthday!! 🚧🦺🧡💙
His birthday party was dedicated to his age group and they had a blast! Who would have thought a sand box could be the life of a party lol! The
Play-Doh table, arts and crafts table, and hammer & nail station allowed the kids to explore their creative sides while having fun and it was a hit!

First time home Buyers Beginning to end. We went under contract in July to start building our home from the ground up. Our home was completed in December. 5 bed 3 bath We didn’t run into any bidding wars or waiting list. We picked a lot, paid earnest money, and went under contract! Your transparency is admirable. You two are a walking testimony. Look what God did in less than a year and especially in 6 months. Faith without works is dead. My rent is going up in October and I’m on a month to month lease. My property manager is itching for me to sign a 12 month lease. lol Nope! I’m about to get my house in October. I’m also on a credit repair journey. I came from the mid 5s and now I’m in the upper mid 6s. God is so good.

Thank you for being so real and honest! Like y’all we too are trying to make a firm foundation for our kids. I would love to see more videos, about NFCU. Is it true they want a 700 score to by a house? Oh and do you have any videos on cost of upgrades?
Thanks so much! I’m not sure what the qualifications or requirements are for NFCU when it comes to financing your home through them as we went through a different company for our home. I have heard that you do need a 700 but they have so many loan options that I’m sure they have options that require less than a 700. With our builder they didn’t allow you choose upgrades because of the covid shortages so they made a lot of the upgrades standard features.
