I think to say grimsby are lucky to be where they are is wrong. Luck is a factor in nearly every game of football for any club and that includes being unlucky too. I think Grimsby Town deserve to be where they are and with players coming back and a transfer window coming up who knows where we will end up

How many of us would have expected town to be in a playoff position at this stage of the season? I think the manager knows what he is doing and is on track to make us a really good side and definitely knows what is required to do it,he will be just as frustrated as we are as fans but it will come in the end, l think we need to be patient and the next transfer window could be really interesting

Hi Dean as a notts fan I know how you feel we have a large injury list ourselves and I am worried that we are very light in midfield and we have nothing off the bench we need another striker in January if we are to stay in contention for staying in the top 3 I personally think play offs for us if and I mean if we use January to bring in a couple more players and I think you need a good January aswell still have a soft stop for Grimsby so always look for your results honest comment's from you as normal keep positive.

I think the formation is wrong he needs a 442 we need 2 upfront play rose and obikwu take rogers and cass out put thareme and Warren in and make sure the two wingers stay out on the wing jason dadi and Barrington on the wings he can still play the football he wants to play but with that formation and yes we were rubbish in second half but Walsall wernt that good either

Don't totally agree the manager can't be blamed for players' mistakes. We were very good in the first half, and the players didn't perform in the second. We could see a different picture when we get players back from injury time will tell

Great video mate. Walsall fan in peace here. Never a 4-1 game, especially after the first half. We've had the ability to really turn it on this season when needed though. Looking back to the game on New Years Day. You went 1-0 up in that we got back into it and went in at the break 2-1 up aftera level half at best - you were fantastic the first 20-30mins in that game too. Is this an Artell thing? Seen a few interviews with him and he seems a bit to laid back for my liking. Rumour was before we appointed Sadler that he was coming to us - IMO, if that's true we've dodged a bullet from what I've seen. Jackson Smith situation is a strange one aswell. We picked him up from Wolves and gave him his chance. He did fairly well last season and it was a given Evans was leaving us so I thought he'd stay with us and probably be our number 1. Christ knows what agent he's got but to get a 4 year deal at Barnsley to be 3rd choice is a baffling decision. All the best for the season (except when you come down to our place!) UTS

Maybe Gillingham and Carlisle thought the same when we beat them,play the youth team l don't think so.l agree it was a poor game the first goal shocked everyone and we never recovered in the first half, second half was slightly better but at 3 nil a mountain to climb Hopefully a blip.
